I get similare information at my school yesterday and there is a meeting on this Friday with immigration,ministery of Education and the schools.There is a new team in Immigration in Phuket so they want to show there power and it sure in the end will be something that cost students more money to immigrations pocket We will know on Friday.

Well thanks guys,didnt know about the 90day visa trip,I will work in SEO and online marketing and all in Scandinavian countrys so I sure I dont do work that Thais can do.Hire 4 Thais is no problem,I will hire more than that.Thanks for all advice about lawyers etc.It is always good to be safe.Actualy i was thinking to go and talk with the labour office before I start set up company and get a feeling of there opinon. I like to set up a company and get a WP. This is how I think its done but please correct all my errors.

1. Get a Co.Ltd set up

2. Go to labour office with company papers and fill in application for WP.They will give me a recipe that I applyed.

Doesnt mean I will get the wp.

3. Go to embassy and bring all this different company papers and the recipe from labouroffice and get my B-visa.

4. Get back to Labour office with my B-visa and give them the last papers they need.Now I have to wait for them to approve.

Ok my worries is that I setting up a Co.Ltd and then they will not give wp for some reason.Then I just used a lot of money on company and visa that I dont need. Is there any way to get some indication before start all of this? Or is it take a chance?

If there were clear rules no problem but like all goverment offices it up to the officer at that time that can decide yes or no.

You get the same as Thais. Not a lot. You are confusing tax with social security payments for social you do indeed get access to hospital and retirement payments (don't ever hope to live off them though) but to be fair they are considerable cheaper than the west.

If you have a 1 year Cambo visa you will only get a stamp in and one out on the Cambo end , as previously posted an E-visa means no full page sticker Thai end , just a stamp on arrival and departure.

In your line of business it very costly to do all this,office,company,wp,a lot of money .But hard to say if some one working, in your home or just checking email and surfing the web? But of course dont break the law

If I understand the rules is when you bring money in to buy a condo you should state that in your transfer and then get paper from your bank her for condobuy,not sure what its called I think FET? or what ever so If you you sell your condo later you can bring the same amount out of Thailand with no tax.I f you use the money for other things thats fine,your money.

I should say in my post 2 month deposti was in every case with real estate agent,most totaly useless,old shit on there websites.You have a great budget so you will get nice condo for that money,iam poor so still looking below 18k,in center Pattaya and 1 bedroom.Not find a good one yet.

Just remember I found a super condo in wong mat,1bedrrom,pool,gym realy nice,and he give you internet also,He want 30k and its worth it,I want it but not my budget.If you want more info send pm and I can give you info.

forgive me for bringing my own experience to the thread, but the only thing that happens to me every day is the dump i take after my first shot of espresso.

I done this trip a couple of times before,You get breakfast and dinner day 1,and breakfast and lunch day2 and of course hotelroom.and the visa fee.,sure you can save some money but for me this is pain free,they take care of it all.If you buy direct from tourcompany you can save some money,the agents dont work for free(why should they)Try good tour travel.I used them for Laos and all was good.

condos for rent or the management can help you in many case.Internet many condo have wifi and its ok for email but not more ex work etc then you need to get your own line and then you need to check before you rent that that building have line avalible.Not the condo but the TOT or 3BB or any one you like.I Found a condo the other day,called 3BB no line box full in that area so check this if importent with internet line.Not more than 1 week to get internet.Most landlord want 2 month deposit+1one month rent,Importen also check what the price is for electric,some condos charge much more the goverment, should be around 4-5baht,not more.
