  1. Thanks god!

I just got my car back.

Luckily, my staff did drive less than 10 km and was in town so drove slowly.

The Toyota center drained the whole oil and changed some parts (filter, rubber ring etc.) The engine seems fine after all and the TOYOTA's engine guarantee will be the same.

It cost only 3,500 B includes some diesel to back home.

I will definitely get the 'DIESEL' sticker on my oil cap!!

Please be aware when you filling oil. The most of Thai gas stations don't care what you drive.

    Thank you all for replying!

  2. I have Toyota Fortuner 3.0 diesel car, new one.

I rented it out to my Thai staff today and she mis-fueling with gasoline and did drive around.

Of course, the car stopped in the middle of somewhere. I already have talked with insurance company and can't be covered by the insurance.

Should I change the whole engine in this case? A guy from the insurance company said the engine seems okay but I am not sure about this.

After searching the Internet, I noticed that if the car moved around after the accident, the engine will be burnt.

Anyway the car is in Toyota service center now...

I have paid for this car (financing) only 10 months so far and don't know what to do now!
