Korat is in Esarn.. This is absolutely call Esarn and Khon Esarn.. but if Khon Korat say that they are not Esarn.. This would mean that their ancester are not from Esarn.. Maybe from other part of Thailand...

there aren't too many rai here in Udonthani which they need to sell around 5,000-8,000 baht a rai.. but it near moutain...

usually there are place for teenage here in Udonthani.. NOt so much place for tourist.. if you want to visit nice place in the day time.. There are so some interest place in NOngkhai too.. I'm not a farng.. I'm Thai.. I do not know what the exactly you want.

Dont you think about Udonthani? Udonthani is between NOngkhai and Khonkaen.. Udonthani is big city and also have everything same as in Khonkaen.. Nongkhai is also nice place to live.. but I think that Udonthani is the best..
