I am interested. I can collect on the judgements, etc. with a power of attorney.

We split 50 / 50.

I have done a variety of things here, mostly involving real estate and lending, and when I have not been paid back, I have taken the properties directly or through the court and auction house.

I have also sued my builder and gotten money back.
