No where near B3 mil per rai in CM >> so what's the going rate? Still can't find anything 15-20km from the city for less than 3 mil THB /rai

Estate agents and directly from land owners. Location = about 20km from the city

I've heard that the cheapest land in the area is around 3 million baht per rai. Can anyone explain why this is the case? Are there any factors contributing to the high cost of land in Chiang Mai? Are there any areas or neighborhoods within the city that are more affordable for land purchases? Any insights or information would be greatly appreciated.

For British PPS Do they do METV in Saigon/Laos? Or is it only SETV? Heard that the online METV application process is pretty onerous and you have to apply from the UK? -
WOW always suspected but had no confirmation before...something similar happened to a (rather tight fisted but nice ) friend who bought a bike, then a car based on TGF' recommendations. Both vehicles turned out to be duds. Then he bought land and built a house again with gf recommend estate agent and cheap builders ???????????????? sorry for the TF! #TIL

Found several on google maps. 3. Is that dealership on Huay Kaew (opposite Maya) reliable? they seem to have lots of negative reviews. Thanks in advance ????

I buy Blackmores brand vitamins (C, D, Fish oil) from boots the chemists. BTW how is the quality of iherb Vitamins? Do you order their California Gold Nutrition products? Are they of comparable quality to Blackmores? -

In CM Can extend 1 month before visa expires but the 60 days will start from the day you apply. So if your visa were to expire 20th of next month and you applied today (23 aug) you will get 60 days from today but will lose about 1 month from the previous visa ????
