I wonder if its possible for a company two have 2 registered offices without opening a branch for the second office? Just learned there are lots of extra paper works for opening a branch so if that's the only way i would stay with only one office. Eventually someone will have a work permit on the second address. Tried to Google but didn't find much info except for opening a branch. Opening a branch seems very much like opening up another company.

Must be other ways around, or?

Sorry if I post in wrong section but I was unable to post in the classifieds office space section.

I am looking at opening a small branch office in Bangkok. Its really does not have to be fashionable or on those streets.

My budget is 15,000 thb / month for a furnitured office space including a/c (and electricity). 3-4 working desks.

Its important its on walking distance to a BTS station between Asoke and all the way out to Moo Shit. For something amazing I would consider doing an additional connection traveling...

I will have a foreigner with a work permit sitting there so the setup has to allow for it.

2 month deposit and 6 month contract is preferred, anything more flexible is great.

I need help to identify a firm that can help us to store goods (mainly imported from China) and repack them in smaller packages intended for end users in Europe and USA. We will overlook the operations ONLY and are looking for someone who can supply us with a one stop service including clearing from customs, ship by courier, etc,. Its not big business, import value at about 7-8 million baht first year. We own brands and have a membership base with demand for our merchandise. We will cater only for them.
