    All you need for a residency certificate is a copy if the lease where you stay. I have bought 2 motorbikes and gotten many driver's licenses only being stamped in as a tourist.

    Yes. They originally asked me for a letter from the employer saying I could work remotely. Then they asked for a contract and a July Payslip. Then right before the approval they asked me for a current payslip.

    Just woke up to mine being approved after so many hoops. I started the process 5 August. US price was $400.

    I booked a flight with them at the start of covid. Covid broke out and everything canceled, but they did not want to refund my money. They ended up giving me 1/3 of it back.

    I think they were going to Utapao as a fuel stop anyway, but as they were preparing to land, there was a problem with the gear.
