  1. Yes, I have same problems. In today many large size online shopping mall in Thailand. Ususally, famouse department store has online shopping mall, Central Dept., emporiums, robinsons etc.

    I'm alos order to Emporium for purchasing house holders. It is great.

  2. If you want to use 2 Lancard for connection Internet, it is easy for Desk top P/C with Windows 7 Ulitimate version.

    You don't need buy Load Balancing, Windows 7 included load balancing software.

    However, it is for make extension band width, it can not help to improve internet speed. Of course, internet quality should be satify with 2 lines.

    you just install one more LAN card in your desk top PC. and plug in other internet.

    Setup, you can learn at Misrosoft.com.

    I want to use 3 ADSL for my one networks. Because I need more band widths.

    But I don't know how setup and installations. I have been bought 4ports of Load Balancer and some equipments.

    Some on know how can use over 3 ADSL?

    If I live in BKK, I can ask to Phantip or other places, but here is nothing...

    Please help me..

  4. If you know about HTML and PHP language with SQL.. it is not difficult to made home pages. you can use Dreamwaver it should be made CSS automatic. However, you need some tools. like PHP-Generaator MtSQL etc...

    Some times, we used Table method without CSS. In today, so many software tools in the market. You don't need so much know abot programming languages. You can build up wonderful homepages or shopping mall with use many software tools.

    Generally, make and coding website need only few weeks, it is meaning, you don't need buy software, you can use trial versions.

  5. I think he means EU Visa (Schengen)!!

    Wife is wife if you are not legally married it is girlfriend.

    Schengen might be okay but British Visa is going to cause you more problems, she has to have a good reason

    to come back, if you live here, then it is worth having a copy of your contract from work to help her case

    but it is upto you both to provide significant evidence to convince the ECO she will return.

    Remember you must do the application for the UK Visa online.

    Thank you. What I need documents? Title deed, banks statements and other one? she don't have reason to live there and other reasons.

    My son is 3 years. So what evidience they will need... Additionally, I have been registered business at london and I will visit to my office.

    I have to trip to Paris and London for my business. Of course, I don't need any visa forn U.U and U.K. Problem is my thai wife and my son. I'm not legal registered marrige with my wife.

    problem is my wife has very good bank Stqatement and have owned properties and few cars... but she do not have any jobs and anythings. she is just house wife.

    So, how can I apply to tourist visa for her? She need France visa and british Visa? We will stay Paris around 2 weeks and londo 3 weeks.

    If you know or experience, please guide to me.

  7. Come on.. I'm also hold retirement visa. But I was formation new company and applied WP. and I got WP within a week from labor department.

    non-sense...

    But, guys.. I have very funny story with my retirment visa. I apply to retire visa to Abnachaleon Imm. office. I bring Bank statement which was contained, sum amount of 35M Baht. and they are changed my visa to retirement visa within 1 hours. Thank to officer.

    After that, I have to go to Laos for business. So, I'm going to Nong-Khai. and I was applied multi-re entry permit to Nong Khai Imm. Office. and than, Imm. officer ( lady ) said my retirement visa was wrong, and she cannot issued re-entry permit.

    I'm very supprised and could not cancel meeting with my Laos biz partner. So, I'm going to Laso without re-entry permit... it is meaning my retirment visa will be cancelled.. Oh my god..

    I no have choise, I was re-applyed "O" Visa again to Thai embassy. when I come back to Thailand, I'm go to Imm. office, immediately. Imm officer said it was not wrong. He called to Nong Khai Imm Office and start to fight by phone.

    and he made re-cancel my new "o" Visa and stamped multi re-entry permit on my passport.

    I'm afraid with this.. so I drived to Muk Dahan border for make sure. Muk Dahan Imm.Officer stamped 1 year terms entry stamp on my passport.

    I loose around 1 week by Nong Khai Imm. Officer's mistake.

    When I called to Nong Khai Imm. office for big complaint, they said me " This is Thailanjd..."

    yes, this is realy Thailand.. it is meaning, if you don't like here, just go back to home...

    Wow.. they said me, they will re-appraise to my house value on next tomorrow. And they said so many options.. Bank manager tell me interest will be MRR, not +3%.

    land & house owner is my wife's name. But they will lend money to my name, directly. Because my wife is just house wife, no jobs, no incomes..

    I will setup some business for my wife. She cannot borrow any money from Thai bank without legal incomes.

    O.K I don't need borrow money huge amount. Additionally, they said me I cannot cancel lmlrtgage loan contract within 3 years. I want to retune loan amount not over 2 years..

    What the hell.... I have to paid 3 years 36X17,000 baht, one time or during 3 years.. and I'm also paid penalty, 2% of total balace amount with principal...

    Oh, my god. How they are running banking business like this??? If I borrowed from U.K, it just not over 4% P.A.

    Do you know.. here has over 10% interest rate per month with private financing. some times 15%. I think Thai farmer should be reach persons.. lol.

  9. Of course, Chiang mai is good city, better than BKK. I'm stay thailand over 15 years. However, I'm still confuse to here.

    I will move to U.K or Aus, if I do not have son and doughter. when you come to Thailand, first. you should be got a good immperssions. But if you stay and live in Thailand over 3 years... You should be got a lots of questions.

    all facilities not confortable.. even banking systems and doing business. Money can be doing everything in here. Money solve every problems.. if you have your own money in your pocket.. you may be get a happy hours.

    However, if you don't have money.. you are one of monkey in here. Thousand of smiles country? Angel's heart? mostly thai peoples has two faces. one face is "Mai Ben Rai" face, and the other face is not " Mai Bel Rai" face.

    anyway, I stay here for support to my family. But, I will try to escape to other place if I have chances. For my son and my family, here is no more good place in the earth.

    So, what ever.. have good time in Thailand..

  10. Hello, guys.

    I was build new house at Roi et, I paid around 5M Baht for constrution house. And it was finished March in this year.

    I want to housing loan from local thai bank. I visited to SCB Bank, roi et branch office. They said me they will loan as 50% of house value.. what the hell... In my opinion, usually bank should loan as 80% to 90% of house value.

    Anyway, the wrer came to my house for apprising, and they said me total value is around 2.7M Baht. bullshit... again. finally, they said me thay will e loan as 50% of 2.7M baht. likie 1.3M Baht.

    How do they do like that? So, I was complaint to the bank and manager said, they will loan as sum of 1.8M Baht for 15 years and interest MRR + 3%.. bullshit again..

    They came to my home for apprisal, and took 5,000 baht cash.. and they are still working with my cases. around 3 months...

    I sent to them, my bank statements during past 6 months, Payee slip for 3 months, and certificate of employee etc....

    So, my questions... Is there working right? all foreigner can be available loan amount as 50% of colletarel value? and I have questions about interests, too. Why I paid MRR+3%?

    I think the bank cheating me, now. How do you think about it?

    I bought one great condominium at Pataya, 10 years ago. In that times, I was also applied housing loan to SCB Bank, they provide me 85% of total value of condominum. Like 7.5M Baht.

    and now, all is defferent. Why? do you know why?
