I am going to talk to my wife about that tonight to get a will done ASAP so there is no dispute. I read that the kids would need a person to over see the property u til they become 20 even though the propert would be in there name is that correct?

I am trying to get an answer if my wife amd I as an example pass away from an accident or something. What would happen to our houses ? We have 2 kids 16 and 14 

Do the kids automatically get the property in there name? 
there is insurance on one of them that it is payed off of my wife dies . And she has death insurance also would pay out. And would my kids get that ?The others are owned there are 4 property in total .

I was looking g at EVA and ANA and China air have the best flight times and layovers , 

it is going to be a big cage for sure 

I checked the Canada web site that is needed and know the shots and paper work on that end , 

I did learn that it it easier to use the same airline for the full trip because code sharing with other airlines will usually not accept pets from one airline to the other 

Not sure cost yet for the extra baggage going to call the different air lines in Bkk Monday to got a better idea

I am In Nontaburi near Bangkok and having a hard time to find a 220 to 110 power converter I went to pantip plaza near the mall and the ones they have are only 70 Watts . 

does any one know a place in bkkwere I could find one 

not sure if MBK woukd have them I could take a trip down town if any one could direct me to we’re they might sell them or a company web site would also be help full 

I have tried the Internet and called a few Thai companies and the only one I have found is 220 / 110 . 70 Watts

I do remember the 2011 flood I was In Bang Bua thong 

And from what I am reading the dams are even fuller now than they were then.

And the  Rain season is just starting.

i am wondering not if but when it hits Nontaburi again in that area and hope it is not as bad because I rember the cost .

i had just renovated my house and gardens and lost almost every thing in the ground level . 

Now I just did some new gardening and hedges hope I don’t lose it again 

if those in the area could keep me up to date because I am out of country now and my with is there with my kids
