I am not in the dark red or red zones, so I just need a negative covid test result not more than 7 days old.
I would fly out of Udon Thani to Phuket via Bangkok.

I obtained a retirement extension from Immigration in Phuket and live in Phuket, however I have been in Nongkhai since March. I have not been vaccinated nor have I been tested for Covid 19. What do I need to do to go back to Phuket.
PS: my 90 day reporting is due July 31. My previous report I did online. I go through last time, lucky I guess.
I fly from Udon Thani, but difficult to get a domestic flight that does not get cancelled.
Air Asia does not have any flights for July.

I reside in Phuket. I am returning to Phuket from another province. Phuket requires all domestic arrivals to either show proof of Covid 19 vaccination or a negative Covid 19 test not more than 3 days old.
If neither conditions are met, you have to quarantine in your home for 14 days.
Two Questions:
1. How is a person who lives alone and is quarantined suppose to shop for food and other neccesities?
2. If you are quarantined how is a person to do their 90 day report to immigration if you cannot do it online?

Can I do my 90 day reporting online if my TM 6 was based on my previous passport?
My TM 6 arrival card when I entered Thailand was July 2012.
My current passport was issued September 2013.
Since then, I have reported in person to Immigration with my current passport.

My due date for my in person 90 day reporting is November 17.
You are allowed to report up to 7 days after the due date. Does that mean the latest I can report is Nov. 24?
Someone told me that the due date (Nov. 17) is considered by Immigration the first day which would make Nov. 23 the latest I can report.
November 18 would be the second day after the due date.
That does not make sense.
Anybody have any thoughts

Lack of Time Management?
Please get all the facts which you don't have.
I want to do my 90 day reporting at the same time that I can do a new retirement extension ( can do 30 days before expiration date.)
That is utilizing Time Management.
My 90 reporting period (7 days after) can overlap with my 30 days before application for a new extension.

I am specifically talking about "In Person" Reporting not online reporting.
-
November 17 is the due date so 7 days after the due date would be November 24
-
I know that 90 day reporting in person can be done 15 days prior or 7 days after the due date to be considered on time.
If my due date is November 17, do I have until November 24?
However, the Thai government has made November 19 and November 20 this year Holidays because of the impact of Covid-19.
Does that mean I have until November 26 to do my 90 day reporting in person?

Is there a ban on alcohol sales today on October 13, 2020 in respect for the death of the late King in 2016?

What is the difference betwèen an "O" and an "O-A" Visa?
I got my retirement Visa in Thailand not overseas.
I think if one gets their retirement overseas, one has to show they have health insurance.
-
Do I need to show I have health insurance along with Covid-19 coverage when I renew my retirement extension this year?

Has the official minutes of the July 21 Cabinet meeting been published in the Royal Gazette regarding the new amnesty extension?
If not, then all printed info from newspapers (Bangkok Post, The Nation, Pattaya paper) is unofficial.

So if the cabinet approved another extension of the original ministerial order approved on April 7 and there are no changes to it, then mandatory 90 day reporting for resident foreigners with ongoing visas is also suspended until September 26.

Thai Immigration did not clarify situations for tourists and long term visa holders during the amnesty period.
My friend translated from Thai to English the Cabinet meeting minutes from July 21.
In short it says:
Tourists have till September 26 to leave Thailand or get an extension of stay, but have to do a 90 report by August 31 if they have an existing extension of stay with a due date from March 26 to July 31.
Mandatory 90 day reporting for resident foreigners with valid ongoing visas will be suspended until September 26.
If you don't believe me read the Cabinet minutes yourself.

You certainly have a lonely life with no female companionship at your retirement age.
25 k a month no way unless you want to live like a monk.
