In Google translate instead if cut and past in Text. Cilck on documents and you can drop pdfs into there. Or from there Browse and find your document and double click it.
Works good.

Earlier in the year I sent £45k by Lloyds in £s and £45k via Wise at the same time. The nett result for sums of this size was about 2000thb difference. Wise winning, but very close in my opinion when doing large amounts. Just make sure you send £s to your Thai bank.

I have done it. But I needed proof of address at Imm. For residency cert.
Then changed back Imm address later when home. But your driving license wont have your proper address.
Tried to change license address when back home, and they said "come back in 5 yrs"
Mai pen rai was the answer, when I said its not my address.

Increase either or both the salt amount in the pool OR increase the flow of the pump thus resulting in more salt passing the chlorinator. Make sure chlorinator is correct spec according to the size of the pool(often meassuerd in m3 on chlorinators) a "normal" home pool for example of 8x5=40m3. Chlorinators have this in the specs.
You need depth as well to get m3

I dont know Chonburi, but only the main DLT offices issue them. In Hua Hin you have to go to Prachuap to get one.
Did it in March.

Hi
I've searched through the forums but cant find this out.
I will be back in UK and was going to renew my passport. I had a Non O from 8 years ago, and have done retirement extensions since.
When I get the new passport they will return my old one cancelled. Has anyone come back on the new one showing them the visa/extension in the old and if so what happened? I can imagine they just give you 30 days and you hopefully can sort it out at immigration saving your previous visa. (I'm not even going down the TP application road yet, with coming back in on passport with a different number to all the other <deleted> we have now)
If anyone knows the procedure or has experienced this. It would be a great help.
Thanks

New passport, however its received would not need presenting to Thai immigration until the need for swapping visa/extension stamping
Far cheaper doing it in UK personally using VPN
Hi Fred
Have you done this? It sounds a lot easier to do it online, Just wondered what happened at immigration for swapping the stamps over when you wont have the letter from the Embassy that you get applying for the passport from here in Thailand.
Cheers

Looks like I will just go for it. I did see the medium website, was just trying to find it on a Thai government site not easy ????
Yes I changed to the 10th because that date has been cropping up since the TP got suspended around 22nd Dec. I think it gets confirmed today, for the sake of one day I was happy to change to ensure a flight. It will not be so easy and mess up plans for a lot of people I imagine.
Everything else ticks the boxes and I will be taking original bookings with me as well. Just PCRs to pass. Not the best time to travel, but I knew the risk of visiting family for Xmas.
Thanks for the replies, Here's hoping 2022 gets easier ????

I was due to fly in January 11th, I have managed to successfully change flight, Test & Go Hotel etc. I now arrive on the 10th exactly 24 hours earlier.
I have read somewhere on here that the Thai Pass QR code is still valid if within a 72 hour window. I am trying to confirm this.
The MFA site says you need to re apply (But they're last update was 31 Oct.) Koh Samui Guide says you have wiggle room of 72 hours, but reapply if you change hotel booking. (I have the same hotel booking just one day earlier)
The Thai consular email with my QR code was automatically generated, so cant reply to it. The Thailand Pass website you cannot click on the Test and Go obviously to reapply. Who can I contact?
Has anybody flown in within the 72 hour window using the same Thai Pass QR code? Or has a link where I can confirm its possible.
Do I just front up with my original Thai Pass QR and new bookings?
Any advice, preferably someone who has dealt with changing the flight day using same QR Pass. Would be most appreciated Thanks.
Just when you think you have everything sorted 555

So your tested Negative and they don't rush you straight off to Hospital, or a concentration camp. Thats good to know as I will be there next month and my biggest worry is catching it en-route and being hospitalized. Please keep us posted what happens.

I used SCB EZ Saver last year, they could not print me a statement. I just had a Screenshot showing the 800k balance from when logged in on my phone.
The immigration officer just rang the bank to confirm that it was an "online only" account. No problem. FYI that was Hua Hin immigration, I have always found them pretty good.
Lost Bike Keys, How can I get the bike started again?

Other people have said enough times.
Go to a key cutters, (locksmith) he will go with you to the bike with a blank key and a file and make an impression then file it. They usually do it from the seat lock. You will have to pay him for his time closing his stall. Unless you get the bike to him.
Then get a copy made as well.
