Thanks to all responded!
I found a nice place here: https://goo.gl/maps/7yPbqvTfsXduHjFX6They have a lot to choose from (if you are not looking for something out of this world).
The lady who greeted me upon my arrival spoke some basic English that was more than enough to sort my requirements out.
They delivered the plants within 1 hour after my visit (!), installed them on the balcony and kindly took away the old ones.
Highly recommended!- 1

Does anyone happen to know a good plant nursery in Pattaya?
Time to get new outdoor pants for my balcony.
Need someone to advise, deliver, install and remove the old ones.
Any recommendations would be appreciated!
Just in case, it is not about cannabis:)
And I know about the Weekend Flower Market too.

Do they have laksa?
No. It's about typical Nanyang Chinese stuff what many associate with SG . Just a few dishes like bak kut teh, chicken rice... Worth trying if you miss SG but nothing out of this world:)
Btw, Songfa bak kut teh, one of the mainstream chains in SG, they have an outlet at Siam Paragon foodcourt downstairs in BKK. It is not bad I would say. Simple but quite decent.- 1

The Kang Kong sambal is good. Cereal shrimp is interesting.
I didn't mention this because I'm not sure they're still open. If open Secret Recipe in the same mall mostly known for cakes had laksa. Not saying it was great laksa.
There is a SG food stall in Central Festival's food court downstairs too. Tried their bak kut teh, was not impressed tho.

Thanks for the comment.
Regarding Boon Tong Kee, it is good they are here now. The menu does not offer any of my faves tho:) -
Any chance to find Chilli Pan Mee and/or Laksa in Pattaya or Bangkok?
Or at least any hint on Malaysian/Singapore eateries around here?

Which immigration office?
Yes a screenshot of TM30 would be accepted.
What is your status in Thailand.
A TM30 for certificate of residence is an option.
Most offices would accept a TM47 receipt.
90 day report.
Note: CW require a 90 day report for certificate of residence
Immigration office - Chonburi/Pattaya
It is all about my son's visiting me. He is on 30 days stamp here. And he has Thai temporary 2 years driver's license that he needs to extend to 5 years. -
TM30 is on the list of required documents for Certificate of residence.
However, if you do TM30 online on their app, there is now print out option of the confirmation.
Has anyone had experience of providing screenshots of the confirmation screen from the TM30 online app at the Immigration office when applying ?

I need to leave my car at Suvarnabhumi for 5 days late December through early January.
The main car park seems to be really busy these days.
Does anyone know if the "Long term parking" near the "Public transport centre" and the shuttle bus from there is doable at all? -
Thank you champers.
I will check it out, it is near my place btw.Cheers

Hey folks,
Any recommendation for a dentures repair shop/lab in/around Pattaya? Will be highly appreciated????????
Not sure how it works best here. Back in SG, going to a denture lab directly meant to save 50-70% off the dentist's fee.

Hi all,
I am looking for a sourcing agent in Thailand for high quality casual wear.
Preferred will be "ready for branding" original clothing collections for a "one label" online store.
Please PM me if you have solid ideas.
Thanks a lot!

Gaeng phèd pèd yâng (roast duck in red curry). Probably the best food to me in Thailand.

Just dropping a coin into the subject (as Russians would say when adding something to a discussion).
I am a Russian native speaker and obviously the only one who has admitted that so far.
Now, leaving alone marginal sorts of mates, one has to have a more or less strong motivation to intend or to want or to decide to learn a foreign language.
The lack of such (motivation) produces the respective level of the "linguistic ignorance" in a nation or a group of nations who speak a certain language. This is why the majority of the English native speakers (in the world) do not care about learning other languages, on one hand. There is no need to. And, on the other, that is why politically/culturally/geographically "isolated" nations, such as China, Japan, Korea, Russia, do not show high rates in foreign languages knowledge, including English. Whit this, I have a few brief conclusions:
*) An unmotivated English speaking individual will not wish to pick up any Russian unless he is forced into. The latter seems to be unlikely, at least so far:) This conclusion is proved by the results of the poll.
*) Russians. They are very much different. I mean the Russians in Moscow are different from the Russians in the Siberia. And the two are different from the Russians from anywhere else. And so on. It is interesting with the fact that we (the Russians) do not have dialects. At all. We speak a single language. There are regional accents which are not that obvious as those of, say, in the USA. The majority of the Russians we come across in Pattaya (a) come from the huge parts of the country (and remote places of it) that are to the East of the Urals and ( are far from being the best specimen of the nation (the "best" ones do travel to Europe instead). So, you are unlikely to expect they would talk (nor behave) properly to you. Even in Russian:)
*) Davai (Russian for Come On) seasonally becomes typical for the Pattaya dialect of Thai to be addressed to any farang looking individual.

Any interesting wine bars in Pattaya?
Eating places with decent wines are okay and we might know most of them all right, but when you swap the priorities and feel like up for a glass or two of a wine with some bread/cheese instead...
Any recommendation please?
