    Next year, when I submit a Personal Income Tax Return, must I include my UK Armed Forces Pension (which is not subject to double taxation) as income? Presumably, I need only include my other pensions even though they have been subject to Tax by HMRC. If I disregard my UK Armed Forces Pension from the amount I transfer to Thailand, I am left with a minus sum for Tax purposes after including all my allowances. I am over 65 and married. Do I need to submit a Tax Return?

    I am looking for an English speaking Lawyer in Ubon Ratchathani, primarily for the drafting of a basic will? I have considered Isaan Lawyers but as they are based in Korat, would there be any problems with Probate in a Ubon Court when the time comes?. Would I be better using a local Lawyer?.
