By the look of his tats, he has spent a bit of time in the Bangkok Hilton,  where some Thais pump up there dicks with like oil or something. ..some even add studs. Like some sort of modification.

It's the same bloke, I saw picture of him, he looked healthier inside .? guess he will upgrade from the Hilton to the big tiger... ( klong prem to bang kwang). 

Yes, same Shimon I knew in prison, except he won his case of murdering another Israeli over drugs deal and Shimon shriki took the fall. Shimon fought extradition not to be sent back to Israel for years, I know this as I used to write his letters for him as he couldn't write English or Thai...lot of different stories here. But I know his old case very well.

Unbelievable, I was in the Bangkok Hilton (klong prem), for a few years from 2002, he was on a murder charge then, had born to kill tattooed on his arm, but was due to be extradited back to Israel and had it covered over with a dodgy tribal..to be honest he was alright to me.  I'm sure this is the Shimon bitton who killed another Israeli with Shimon shriki over a drug deal gone wrong. Hmm confused here, as was in klong prem with a Shimon bitton in 2002 till 2005...but he was in for a drugs murder but was found innocent but was being extradited back to Israel for crime there, I know this cos he couldn't write English and all letters going out had to be in English or Thai...so I wrote them for him...and his case partner who went guilty for the murder...could be another bitton ,  but what are chances of that the same year's in same prison...same nationality, ..bad reporting somewhere ..

Loads of cats in klong prem and Bangkok remand. He will love it. 

Confused here, why is he applying for bail if his imprisonment is suspended for 2 years?

I would like to say about Colin Hansch. I shared a cell with him for bout a year in Lard yao (klong prem),or the hilton. He often said he would never return to Oz, but he wer'nt mad, he had become very acustomed to the Thai way of life and even in the jail he was happy, he often joked bout killing someone to stay in the prison. I can't expect you to understand it unless you been there. I have also been in the I D C , I have been looking for Colins where abouts for a while and was gutted to find out what happened. I remember on his birthday (4th October i think), myself and Robert Foley (an ozzy aswell),got him 20 doughnuts as he was bit of a fat bastard and had a party in our cell (no bar girls though),i also read his case file,and for what happened to land him inside...fact is he wouldnt have been inside if he had more cash. Anyway he was a kind hearted man with a great sense of humour and often cheered me up on a bad day. Its sad the ozzy goverment did not do more to help,yet they seem to go out there way to help perverts. Anyway Colin RIP. If your up there looking down have a doughnut on me.
