Guys thanks for the valuable feedback its very much appreciated as I much prefer a recommendation from somebody who has actually dealt with them.

There was an issue picked up on a recent examination whilst I was in Singapore and I have to take a course of tablets and get a follow up examination from a Urologist, I live in the Pattaya area , anybody had any dealings with a good Dr that you would recommend.

I agree with a lot of the above comments , I would also try raising the temp to 23* and see if this has any effect

I would suggest Bangkok Pattaya or Pattaya Memorial from personal experience ,

Shouldn't be difficult to find out who the hired help was , as it mentions the bar owner calling them , a little bit heat on to the owner from the army / police and they will soon face what they are due, I feel for the person that it happened too as it is too easy to get into bother over dodgy bills , name and shame the bar is the best way ,

A nice place not far from you is the Players Lounge , Food also

served there , also a few expats hang out at the Holland Tulip bakery for a coffee , for somewhere more exciting , there is Aqadyne or Fabrice gentlemens lounge, I hope this helps
