http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/748051-succesful-non-b-multiple-entry-visa-manila-poorly-informed-on-tv/
I just showed up with my work permit and required documents in Manila. Got a non-b multiple entry. Read it here. -
Okay, for starters i was poorly informed by Thai visa that i had to restart my whole process again:
http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/740576-get-non-immigrant-b-again/
1. I had a tourist visa.2. I have a work permit valid till the 12th of August.
3. People indicated that this would mean i would need to do the whole process again as a tourist visa is not applicable with a work permit.
I did my homework thoroughly - i was in constant contact with the embassy for weeks. Be thorough!!
And brought:
Work Permit (which was returned to me)
Contract
Invitation Letter
Work permit & Passport of my boss
Company business documents, company tax documents and my own tax documents.
I showed up, no people - bright and early handed all my documents, was in and out in 20 minutes.
You have to wait 3 days for processing, but i went and picked up today. No hard questions. Nothing - a breeze. Multiple Entry Non-B.

Hi there,
I am trying to apply for a multiple non-immigrant B application in Manilla. I sent the following for evaluation before i went over - the documentation that is laid out here:
http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/123/15388-Non-Immigrant-Visa-%22B%22-(for-Business-and.html
(1) Foreigners who wish to work in Thailand must provide the following documents:
- Passport or travel document with validity of not less than 6 months.
- Completed visa application form.
- Recent passport-sized photograph (4 x 6 cm) of the applicant taken within the past 6 months.
- Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family).
- Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour. To obtain this letter, the applicant’s prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit Form WP3 at the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour Tel. 02-2452745, or at the Provincial Employment Office in his or her respective province. More information is available at www.doe.go.th/workpermit/index.html
- Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and alien income tax or Por Ngor Dor 91 (only in the case where applicant has previously worked in Thailand).
- Corporate documents of hiring company in Thailand such as:
1) business registration and business license
2) list of shareholders
3) company profile
4) details of business operation
5) list of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions
6) map indicating location of the company
7) balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30 of the latest year)
8) value-added tax registration (Por Por 20)
- Document indicating the number of foreign tourists (for tourism business only), or document indicating export transactions issued by banks (for export business only).
However she replied, with a completely arbitrary list of 10 requirements?1. Letter of Request from the company in Thailand
2. Signatory of the Letter of Request
Copy of Thai National ID or Copy of Passport and Work Permit (for foreign employer)
3. Business Registration of the company in Thailand
4. Recent Tax Declaration of the company in Thailand (por thor 50)
5. WP3/Labor Certification or Copy of Work Permit
6. Employment Contract
7. Valid Passport (at least 6 months validity)
8. 2 photos (2x2 or passport size)
9. Accomplished application form *Download the form here

10. Airline Ticket reservation
I am very confused - they dont seem related? -

How can i get a multiple entry visa?
If you need a non-immigrant B Visa to get a work permit?
But to get a multiple entry visa, you also need a non-immigrant B?
I am lost?? -
Hey All,
I received a 3-month non-immigrant B visa last year from Vientiane, and went through a lot of trouble and money, as i am not a teacher getting all the correct forms from labour department etc.
Unfortunately, i was not able to convert it to a year long with my work permit, due to Salary and Thai employ requirements. I have since used tourist visa's. My work permit is in date - as i have recently claimed injury insurance on it.
My new passport currently has one triple entry from the UK, however i have just be given a 30 day stamp from Burma.
Is there anyway i can apply for a non-immigrant B visa again - after the screw up, without going through all the stress. I am not even sure i can do it in the allocated time. Or do i need to just get grafting, and get all my forms in order all over again?
Does anybody else have a similar experience.
Thanks,
Sean

Crackin Pup! Just hope he gets a new home! Makes me very sad.
Fair play to young brit for taking him in and risking Thai superstition with the potential snipping........ -
Is there a store that will print large photographs on the front?

It was a good game, If not rather one sided after the ridiculous sending off and penalty early in the second half. I watched it in the Red Lion as for some reason True decided to show it. Well done to Hearts on a 5-1 win.
Thats absolute madness. I sat in my house screaming at the computer....
In fairness it is probably best i was in the safe confines of my house. I shut the laptop at 4-1 and went and watched Marmaduke. You know its down the tubes when you're watching a film about a talking dog.

Yeh, i just wanted to watch it in a bit of atmosphere it looks like an online stream is on the card though!
Phew that was a close call, thought there was the possibilty of a Scot being off the lead for a second there.
Mate if we win, I wont merely be off the lead I will be the farrang that gets arrested for jumping into the moat naked.

See this annoys me. Do thai's not ask what the hell is going on? Theywrote this article as if it links perfectly with yesterdays........ This is an entirely new news story, nothing is the same as yesterday.
Its like Orwells 1984.

I have always pondered over how easy it would be to rob a bank/ jewellery store in Thailand. Never intended on doing it, obviously. But I think your chances of getting caught if done even remotely properly are slim to none. Thai police couldn't catch cold.
This mob are morons, they may as well have handed themselves over.

British Passport for Thai Daughter Born in Thailand
in Visas and migration to other countries
Posted
We are going through the process to get a passport from my Thai daughter.
I received a letter saying "Certified True Copies and translations" are required for both the Mother and Child's Birth Certificates.
We got the translations at one of the registered translation services on the gov.uk website - so i am guessing the translations are okay. How do you get "certified true" copies? Do I need to go the registration office and get a "stamped" copy? We sent a photocopy of the original along with a notarised translation?
TIA
