I don't know where you are from in europe but in France we can go bak to our vaccination center and they can give us back our vaccination synthesis for the first dose and it seems like you can get it back from every medical worker

may be somebody else may come to clear that "and" point
It seems this "And" is a mistake
when you go to http://www.thaiembassy.fr/fr/voyagecovid/
there is no "And"
15. Do I need to submit my COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR) into Thailand Pass?
- No. However, you must provide your COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR) issued within 72 hours before your travel to the officers at the airport, except if you are a Thai national arriving in Thailand through Alternative Quarantine. For others, failure to provide your COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR) may result in you being denied entry into Thailand.http://www.thaiembassy.fr/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2-1000x1500.png

Thanks for taking the time to reply
I was referring to a “médecin généraliste”
You mean that the lab result is a medical certificate then, right
Hence there is no need to her to consult with a doctor ( as one would for a fit to fly certificate )?
what bothers me is the AND in medical certificate and the PCR resultmay be somebody else may come to clear that "and" point

Can anyone enlighten me ?
"medical certificate and a PCR test showing a negative result"
I am confused by the terms used
Does that mean that the traveller needs to see a physician on top of getting a PCR test? The PCR test are not performed by doctors (at least in France where I will depart from) : patients test at the dedicated and official vaccination/test centre which, in turn, will email/sms the result.
There is no intervention of any MD at any time of the process
In France the "Biologists" are doctor so the PCR is certified by a doctor
(i'm nurse in France )
so you wrong when you say "There is no intervention of any MD at any time of the process"
the result your get by SMS is medical certified

I wonder what they're asking you (the couple) to consent to?
Informed consent for risk of same room/connecting room quarantine
I, , have been advised by The Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok and Piyavate Hospital in case that I and the following family members/dependent companions;
1. Relationship
2. Relationship
3. Relationship

I am in the same situation and saw this noted by the hotel. For course an additional fee applies, but still cheaper than booking 2 rooms.
"Sharing room condition will be based on government regulations, all guests are required to sign Sharing Room Consent Form and send back before arrival."
you may stay together you 'll have to fill the consent form the hotel will provide you

some precisions about the rapid test it seems like a priority process more than a rapid test
- Upgrade to RT-PCR Rapid test (result within 4-6 hours) at 2,800 THB per person
-
2 minutes ago, JCP108 said:
Where did you see that?
it's basic : you need a RT PCR test
Doesn't mind if Rapid 2 hours or normal within 24 hours its à price question
the only point is to find the package hotel with the right hospital which offer the ability to choice a rapid one
The hotel ask me 2000 THB upgrade for rapid (plus the basic PCR test price it's a bit expensive but you win the first day...)
from now i just find one hotel which offer that upgrade i'm still searching for other one

What is the meaning of this:
8. Then proceed directly by the approved airport transfer to the pre-arranged COVID-19 test centre
Is there some option to go get a test and wait for the results without having to check into a hotel? Basement of the airport would be a great place to do 1 hour testing IMO.
no way you have to book the package hotel transfert+PCR
-
Maybe you already know :
it's possible to upgrade for an express PCR test (results in 2 hours)????
for 2000 BHT more you get your free 1rst day it sounds good for me

Thai Prime Minister, General Prayut Chan-o-cha, signed the entry guidelines for the quarantine-free reopening, published in the Royal Thai Government Gazette last night (21 October 2021) along with two other announcements on relaxed COVID-19 controls in 17 Thai destinations.

Can someone please help me clarify and confirm a few issues?
· If I have been to a country (not on the list of 46) within the last 21 days I can still go to Bangkok and/or Pattaya after Nov 1 but I have to stay within that “zone” for at least 7 days.
· I do not have to quarantine in my hotel for 7 days. I can wonder around Bangkok after I get my first test results.
· Can I stay 4 days in Bangkok and 3 days in Pattaya or do all 7 days have to be in the same location AND at the same hotel?
· Ozimoron kindly provided a link to SHA+ hotels in Pattaya. Does anyone have a similar list for Bangkok?
Thank you!
for your last request : no SHA+ hotel in Bangkok only AQ
