Years back I looked at their web page. I thought the price was reasonable at 1200 for a nice looking bungalow. Further investigating I found the price was in USD and not THB.

They will freeze to death the first night.

I bought a new 2006 Captiva 2.0l diesel in 2006 that was trouble free and a nice vehicle. Paid 1.5 million. Bought a new 2012 Captiva 2.0l diesel for 1.7 million and the vehicle was trouble right from the start. I believe that they changed parts suppliers and the quality of many parts was total rubbish. Seems all the Captiva's had all the same problems. The only was I would have bought another one would have been by paying 500,000 baht.

So the Thai economy is in the sewer and the Thai military wants to punish people who go abroad to make living. Stupid.

i live down Bangsaray/Sattahip way. Every weekend all the idiots on there sport bikes like to drive very fast and like idiots.

With the reduction of tourists due to the corona virus the water supply should be safe.

I hope he gets well soon. I also hope his family are multi millionaires. His hospital bill is going to hit 10 million in no time.

Should be easy to figure it. Go to the local shops and ask who was buying a bunch of lao khao.

Go to the local market and buy a 1kg of the local tobacco. That should sort you out.

My BIL was spotted moving a glass coffee table out of the way of his stumbling around 2 year old boy in my wife's shop. Imm had some spies around and took pics. Hauled him off, 20k later all was good. 

You will find that soon enough many thai house owners will not want to rent to non thais. Some people like to go into Bkk from Pattaya a couple times a month and stay the weekend. Who wants to do a TM 30 a couple times a month? No landlord I know of and as a renter I would not want to do it either. The online TM 30 app needs to be improved as it is a pain in the ass to go to your nearest Imm. office to report.

Buy some bleach and soak your whites for over night.

Oh and tin for the roof. Then there is wiring for lights and done plug ins. It can add up pretty quick.

As stated above. Any shop with a sign that was shown can transfer the registration. For a small fee.

I have never used the one in Dubai, but I did use the one in Muscat, Oman some years back. The staff in Middle East countries seem to be very helpful and do a good job. I think I applied for a 1 year marriage visa with multi entry. I could be wrong as it was some time ago. Anyway they will be friendly and helpful. 

Since Alibaba bought out Lazada they have gone downhill. Many things I have ordered have not been in stock buy the sellers who claim they have the items. Also you used to be able to use paypal, but I do not see that feature anymore.
