he come from rayong, but take flight from bkk, to krabi
requirements or restrictions on entering Krabi?

I have a tours business ,100% of our customers are foreign tourists.
The business Works great for a  number of years,

right now, the busnies not work allmost 6 month,And it does not look like tourism will return in the coming months,
probably before the end of the year,

At first we tried to somehow keep a number of employees
But it became impossible,no income, no possibility of paying salaries

The 1 year visa should be renewed for another year soon
To get a visa you have to rent an office for a year in advance,And obviously the office is going to be closed for most of the time
You need to have four employees,While there is no work, no tourists, and is not going to be soon

any reliefs for a tours business ( with foreign owners) ?!
How can you hire four employees whose business is closed?
And yes, I know very well that things can be done only "on paper"

The question is if anyone knows if there are official facilities for tourism business, in these two issues, office + four employees
There are several hundred tourism businesses in Thailand that belong to foreigners, 
is there any official information regarding the facilitation on the subject?

next month my work permit expired (Work permit for two years)
 As part of the conditions for renewal My lawyer asked me to bring him " Education certificate and Resume"

I know they asking  this for a new work permit for the first time (and i give it in the firts time 2 yaers ago)

why theu Asking for it also in the renewal of the working permit? 
Is there a possibility that the lawyer is wrong? Renewing a work permit should be a very simple things no?

The problem that he did not want to go out every three months to Laos because no one would stay with the children

My friend live at nong kai allready 10 years

Last week, his wife pass wawy (she was sick long time, 34 yeras old....), he his farang she is thai

They have three children together (age between 4-8)

Until now he had a marriage visa (non o) thet he have to stamp it every 3 or 5 months at laos,

Anyway What should he do from now?

why thai not reply they Email they get ??

i have to work with a some thai and thai compeny,
lets say i have about 30 pepole that i have to contact with them 3-4 times a week

i send them some mail, with job order, or Requests for payment or Just talk about work....

but the problem they not or dont want to reply !

i send to some thai person a Request to do somthing, and after one day he not reply my mail

all i need is somthing like "Ok...i get it..." "work on it"
But not....nothing come, so i have to send him/she agin, and wait one more day, andnot reply.....

then i send him/She Message by line or i just call by phone and ask " did you get my mail 1/2/3/ days ago?"
and they say "yes, sure i get it"

so why you not reply ? just give a sign that you start to wotrk....somthing,

i try meny things allredy, to Explain them thet is very necessary for me to know they get the mail
and all i need its jsut small reply, so they say " yes, i will do...." and day after i send mail agin and nothing change,

Does anyone know what to do with this situation ?

Why is it so hard for them to reply to the email ?

and i tallk about Serious people with good joob,English -speaking,managers, University graduates

very difficult ! i thins from line with 50 pepole there wait there, somthins like 30 pepole get ansower like " this missing....this you forget"

when you say "bringing them a printed copy of it"

hey all

im in singapore now waiting to get my non B VISA more 1-2 hours,
i was in the embassy yestrday but some Document was missing, anyway i paid 100 $ and the officer told me
that i have to fax the the missind documant Because without this i cant get the visa. isend the fax allredy (yestrday) but unil now
i dont know if they get the fax or not....( i try to call 1000 times, but they not ansower)

now i have to go collect my passport at 14:00 and at 17:30 i book flight beck to thiland ( they also ask to show the this ticket)
lets say i wil not get non b visa, then what? they can give just a normal tourist visa and then i can beck to thaialnd
to organize agin all my compeny documant and go out agin?

or i can get my passport without any visa, and jsut flight to thaialnd and get visa on arrival for 30 days ?
i just finish few daya ago a tourist visa with 2 entray - so i stay there 6 month, and then go to singapor

i chack agin more details, some embessy can applay WP3 - but they can ask to some Document
this Document you can get only if you allredy out side thailand, and in chiang mai its take around 10-14 days.
this problem Happens only if you come from chiang mai.
Understanding? i not, but i no have Power to explore the subject agin and agin
( i allredy tallk with 2 farangs, they hed the same story)

the Lawyer tallk with the embassy in singpore, they say for now they no need this document but they not sure whet will be next week....

I have to leave Thailand to get a NON B visa,and after with this visa i will get the work permit

( i did it before, and evrething is Clear and understandable for me)

but the Lawyer that take care for me about this, told me that i have to go out thailand to laos or singapore or any othet country - for a two weekes !!
she say some of the Rules changed...

i just show her that i have 2 friends with the same case, that get the non B visa in the last month,
and 2 of them go out for a 2-3 days (1 go laos and 1 go hong kong), so how the rules changed ?

Every day I see hundreds of Chinese tourists on the roads around chiang mai

I opened a new business in Thailand and I need to get a new visa,and for this i have to go beck to my country and get new non b

(anyway i heve to go to my country to visit)

but,i can go more 1 and half month,so i want to go to laos to get a tourist visa for 60/90 days,

I need to transfer the new visa from the old pasport to the new passport?

or to Stamp some details in my new pasport befor i go out?
