Slightly off-topic, but if I post it on a previous thread that mentioned such things it might not get seen...
The bank statement needed for the one-year marriage extension, the one needed in addition to an up-to-date passbook and a letter from the bank confirming I have the account I claim to have - Would a screen shot print out of my on-line account suffice? I ask, as some have reported it taking up to five days to obtain if the account isn't held at the branch where you request such a statement. I've checked what is shown and the on-line account, surely, shows exactly what the bank would print out. I can do that covering the last six months of my Bangkok Bank account, and only two months is needed.
Or is that too simple and convenient?
Yes, that is correct.
Tried it... not accepted, 2 years ago. Phetchabun.

My last few 90-day reports, via online, takes 13-15 days to get approval. In June it was approved the day AFTER the official last day, That one took 15 days... (Phetchabun)

My wife is stuck in the U.K. she has also tried with no luck I enquired here in Thailand and due to her age 66 was given a quote of 87,000 baht for one year yet when the virus struck I managed to get one years insurance purely for Covid nothing else from a Thai insurance group for one year total cost 850 baht this covered me for both treatment and 2 million baht if I died from it . I am of the understanding that the insurance is only for treatment in a government hospital but to be honest I have been using government hospitals for 14 years and have no complaints .
It would be nice if you could name the Insurance company, where you payed only 850 B for a year...

Tesco, Petchabun, do NOT sell Heineken 0.0 (alcohol-free beer) between 14 - 17... Why ? 'Cause the bottles are stored in the "alcohol aisle". Go figure !!!

Oh really.
Just curious why you came in on Visa exempt if you have a retirement Visa?
If you read my scribblings, I came in on a visa exempt, then transferred in 800K to be able to convert my exempt to a retirement visa.

A year ago, I opened an account with K-bank in Phetchabon ( a branch at Tesco). I had NO visa, just visa-exempt stamp. They copied only the PP data page, I deposited 100K, they charged 600 Baht for the ATM. In/out in under 10 minutes. (I transfered in 800K a week later, for a retirement visa). 5 months ago, I opened a 2nd account (for daily expenses), same-same procedure, in/out in 10 minutes, still on visa-exempt.

It’s actually quite good. Especially ice cold after you have been out in the sun it’s very refreshing. And does no harm to take a break from alcohol now and then. I’ve started to mix this in with my alcohol fuelled days.
Agree ! Tesco (in Phetchabun) stocks it, as well as most Mom & Pops. Tesco doesn't sell it during 'prohibition' hours - reasoning that is branded Heineken, go figure. It is also more expensive than normal beer...

Nothing more than doing the report and paying a 2,000 baht fine for being late.
Last month I was 8 days late - 5,000.- fine, with reciept.
Was also told that when I do my 1-year extension (Non-O) end of January 2020, I need to have a new passport, as it expires December 2020, thus only has 11 months left on it...

You can only do the online report within the window 7-15 days prior to the "Due Date". Doing it in person then it's 15 days before and 7 days after the "Due Date". Do it 8 days after and they might fine you 2000 baht.
Did my 90 8 days late, last Thursday, 5,000 fine... Was handed a brochure which clearly stated 5,000... Was also told I needed a new passport for my next extension, due end January, 2020, as my passport expires end of 2020, December ...

Yes, there is. Easiest way is to tell your airline you will need assistance upon landing. then you will be met at the aircraft door, accompanied all the way out to the arrival hall, even to a car or taxi... Good Luck !

Perhaps NOT. Would it be the same without the smell and sound of burned fuel?
Just kidding.
BTW, I just did a Google search for you, "electric quads in Thailand". Lots of contacts there but nothing that specifically offering "E" quads. Why not contact some of those listed. Maybe they will steer you in the right direction.
Hi !
There are a few, using gas or gasoline, in TH. None knows about Electric ones. Plenty Suppliers in China, but serious import/duty fees... -
Hi !
Is not any TV's using an electric quad ? Or any Supplier reading this request ? -

The most common last will and testament in Thailand is a last will in writing, dated at the time of making and signed by the testator in the presence of at least 2 witnesses who sign their names to certify the signature of the testator (section 1656 of the Civil and Commercial Code). It is not required that such a will is notarized or registered for it to be a valid legal will.

Correct, but if you lodge it with your local court, the will can not be contested. All in Thai, of course.

I expect it is mostly because Thailand Visa are money-regulated as the only in SE Asia. Nobody have an income for a retirement visa anymore. Cambodia you pay just 125 USD, and you have 5 years. Laos you pay 150 USD for the same, and Philipines about the same, and Thailand you need to have 65000 Baht per month. That make a huge difference for a lot of people who only have their home countrys OAP. One huge mistake from Thailand.
Can you please provide an official note on how you can get a 5 year visa for 150 USD in Laos ?
To my knowledge it is impossible !!! You can get a 1 year business visa, including work-permit and an Alien Lao ID card. Officially ~380 USD per year.
Through an Agent ~650 - 800++, for the same.
Laos has studied (for many years) to make a Retirement Visa for foreigners married to a Lao National, but with little progress - it will most likely take several years more, to finalize...

Presumably this only applies to outgoing, and not incoming flights. Since specialties are so overpriced here, more than likely most of us would be bringing in special cheeses, chocolates, and other delicacies that only the Shinawatras and other billionaires here can afford.
So, maybe this is just a big nothing.
Not so sure about that... Arrived at Swampy yesterday, New large poster before customs = NO meats, etc., etc. allowed into TH...

The following 2 labs are excellent. SGS, a Swiss company, about 150 years old, has 6 labs in Thailand. Both Labs has English and Thai websites. I have used both of them.
Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS)

Central Lab Thai also has plenty of Labs around Thailand.
