Sack Postman Pat and get a new manager otherwise we will be having the same conversations as previous tournaments!
He hasn't got a clue! He won't pick a player cause he plays for a unfashionable side, then they get a move and they are amazing( Bent and Parker).

That's impressive!

Agree with Bkk James. I would add Similan islands( top 10 dive sites on the world. Good snorkelling too).
If you go to Chiang mai I would stay in Nimminhemin rd rather than near the town centre. It is a student hangout and a much nicer area.
Kanchanaburi is worth a look too, especially Erawan falls.
Enjoy!

Hi!
I have been to Thailand many times but never travelled anywhere in the Issan region.
Has anyone got any advice on which cities to visit?
Thanks!

I wonder if the photographer warned those children of the dangers of swimming in that filthy water?

Accommodation in Samet can be expensive especially if u want wi-fi in the room.
The more popular bars on the island are Silversands and Ploy. Naga also gets busy when they have Muay Thai on.
There are a few freelancers in Samet. Usually working in salons or as masseuse but the quality is not high. There is a cayote bar called the Reggae bar but I don't know if they go with customers.

It wasn't the ladies that led me to Thailand, but they sure made me come back!

Eva air are very good and reasonably priced.

Samet is expensive for accommodation! If you are ok with a fan and cold water you could try Naga or Toks.
If you would like air-con, hot water it can cost 1000 upwards!

I have seen a few online like SN Mansion and Sawasdee place. Anyone stayed here?
Someone must know of some hidden gems!
Thanks!

Not sure about the 2012 thing but the world is pretty messed up now. If u take in to consideration that our planet has had a few huge catastrophes in the past its not unreasonable that it will happen in the future.
It could be meteors, super volcanoes or earth crust displacement. Will it be the end of the world? probably not! just the end of ours!
In the end, whats the point of worrying about it? There is nothing we can do about it!
