Hi I bought Smart Purse with Visa Logo from 7/11 near Ekkamai BTS. I never used this before so I am not familiar. I need bank statement which shows every detail from where my funds are coming from or from which bank. I talk to my bank (Krungsri) and they are very reluctant to do and they said they cannot track any transaction older than 6 months. Is this true? Doesnt bank keep all their records how and where money is remitted? Is nt it a requirement by Law? I suppose they need to audit every year and they must have all the records. What options do I have , please give suggestions

not related but i think i must share , i needed an IEEE 1394 cable also called firewire by Apple and ILink by Sony for my Sony Handycam. I went to Sony show room and they quoted 1090 bath. I went to a non branded shop at pantip and it cost just 100 bath. Sony showroom must have the biggest profit margin in the world lol. I like their product but accessories are ridiculously expensive. By the way the video transferred using IEEE 1394 is much much sharper and better than USB.
