    Yeah, I get that. But with this new tax law being discussed, I didn’t know if it would lead to more poking around for money trails if I was to do it

    If I have an extension of stay based on marriage and I reside in Thailand for the year, is it permitted that I can work as a freelancer/self-employed from the US. I know it’s forbidden to work within Thailand without a work permit, but is it permitted to have income from my business that is taxed in the US? I’m hearing contradictory information on this..
