This guy is no handsome loverboy. With a face like that and being 56, I really doubt in a small town like Chaiyaphum or else where in Issan that he can possibly lured so many young girls for sex, let along unprotected sex. I think somehow the story is really out of proportion maybe by 100 times. I am and many of us are long time lady mongers in Thailand, and we know the more realistic situations about getting laid in Thailnd. For me, this guy even if he uses large money try to lure young girl for sex (I doubt this man has much money), I and my friends as well, we do not believe this guy has any ability to lure as many as 400 girls in Chaiyaphum, a city of 50000 people, and other small towns in Issan to go and have sex with him and do it without condom. Maybe Tom Cruise will be able to pull this Mission Impossible, but not this old German guy. I do not believe 90% of this story.

Somehow you go steal 3000 Euros, there is agency where they will get you real Belize passport without you going to Belize. Then you have a nationality.

Many members said Singapore never gives out multiple 1 year non-imm O or B but a few members in the past postings said it is a very friendly embassy and a good place for visa but they did not memtioned the type of visa.

I and my girl went to register marriage at amphoe yesterday. Lots of seals and signatures, and a long long wait. Also a lady asked us some personal questions like where we met? how long we know each other? and asked me about her name and I almost chocking forgot but managed to spit it out slowly and correctly. Also asked me about my profession and my address in home country and the informations on my embassy certificate without having me looking at them. And after all these we got our marriage certificates, 2 of them for 20 bahts. I am ready for my non immigration visa in Penang.

I will take her for a small vacation to Singapore and Malaysia, and then back to BKK. Air Asia to Sing from BKK one way then bus to KL then bus to Penang for visa. I book my flight on Air Asia from Hat Yai back to BKK at 2 pm flight.

Is there any early bus from Penang to Hat Yai around 7-8 AM so we can get to Hat Yai around noon time in time to catch the Air Asia 2pm flight back to BKK. I don't feel like to spend a night in Hat Yai with her because I have a strong impulse to wander into Kiss Lounge again. So rather stay in Penang for the last night and go to Hat Yai in the morning to catch flight. Any info on the bus or mini bus schedule from Penang to Hat Yai?? Or any bus that goes to hat Yai airport from Penang? Any bus at early morning like 7 or 8 AM?

Spyware controls my whole computer now. The Thai visa forum is the only 2 or 3 websites I can still get in. Cannot reach other sites anymore. So I cannot down load anything now. Can anyone offer me any good and easy advice to cure my computer to kill the spyware. I previously download 1 Click Spy Clean and Lavasoft Adware, but both do not help and actually getting worse.

Any simple way to get rid of these spy germs. Or any effective programs I can buy at Panthip that can really kill the germs. Some member advised me get in the control panel to reset the date, but I tried and cannot follow up the instruction. Please offer me urgent help. I am about to throw my notebook out of my 23 Fl window.

One simple question. If I get a non-immigrat multi-entry one year visa, does the one year validity date starts on the day visa is issued or on the day that you first enter into Thailand ??

Thank you for all the advices. I tried to download some free programs but I cannot even get that far to the download page or cannot open the download page. I am very computer illiterate. I went to Pantip to buy a software to kill spyware and I bought one that has many programs. But many them require a registry number to enter the setup and some programs do not even exist on the disc even they have their names on the cover page. I think only the Lavasoft program kind of work but it does not kill the spyware and it continuously warn me that a source is trying to change my start page and also other registry entries(I think they try to say something is hecking my start page and other my favorite sites)but I push block but it cannot block them so I still cannot have my homepage also a few my favorite site back, If I enter these site the spyware redirect me to their about blank page and some pop up windows to sell adware softwares.

I think I got these virus from the porn sites as well. In my case I think my comp very seriously infected. How I can solve this problem myself as an computer illeterate. Can anyone teach me some basic steps.(step by step what to push) I can afford to lose my saved data, I don't care. any help for a computer moron.

I am using the TOT line for internet. Recently my computer is so infected with spyware and adware. They even took over my start page and I cannot change it anymore. And I cannot sign in Yahoo e-mail anymore either when I sign in, their start page which says blank will take over.

How do I cure this problem. I went to remove it last week at the Pantip and they charged me 300 bahts and only 4 days its infected with it again. Is there a way I can kill the spy and adware myself. Any free down load and free removal??

I also have a question about showing the financial proof for 1 year extension. Some members asid you need to have a letter from the bank show your balance. That's no problem. And also your transfer slips?? I have my mother transfer funds to me regularly from overseas and I don't think she keeps all the slips. Can the Thai bank give the records of all the money transfer coming into my account from overseas??(my mother does not keep any of the transfer slips from transfer banks)

Is this transfer slip absolutely necesary even you have a letter from the bank to show your balance?? any advice?

I am going to make my next visa run to Yangon. I heard the FCC requirment has been canceled. And at the same time I want to get some tourist visa at the Thai embassy there, like to apply for at least one entry, hopefully 2 entry or more. Does anyone get more than 1 entry there before?? any info??

The Thai are so racist among themselves. In Thailand it's so obvious that almost all rich and powerful people are white skin. And when you see the dirt poor are almost black skin. When you go to executive sport clubs or high soc gatherings, you do not see any black skin person except the maids and cooks. And more obvious racism is when you go to a massage fishbowl, the dark skin girls are cheaper then the white skin girls. Sometimes the stores divide them into 2 sections by girls' skin color and have different pricing. In Thailand if you are born dark skin and dirt poor, your whole life is doomed. This country has so obvious rasism of skin color in all aspects.

I flyed this route on KLM many times and usually very full. If next time overbooking happen again and you can not get a seat which was assigned to you, you should complain to get upgraded to business. Sometimes if the flight attendant nice they can upgrade you.

KLM on this route fly old airplane. I now like take Lufthansa or Emirates back to Europe. Very nice airplane and good meals.

One of my Dutch friend called me from Kuala Lumpur today. He said he left Thailand from Padang Besar 3 days ago. He had 30 day overstay of his visa and was ready to pay the fine. But the officer that he had was arguing angrily with another office in the little booth. The officer did not notice his overstay and barely looked at his passport and stamped him out and continuing querreling with his colleague.

So he walked away towards Malaysia side but felt a little scared maybe he should come back and tell him that he had 30 day overstay. But he did not and went on to Malaysia. He will be back to BKK by air next Friday.

He is wondering if this incident will create any future problem at the immigration or not. He called me from KL today to ask me about this. I like to ask other Thai pros about this for him.

The SET is 100 or so points from the peak of 2 years ago. The Thai Homo Thai Party won as expected today so the dictatorship will be preserved and continued peacefully and it means local investors and foriegn buying will increase because there will be no political turmoil. I really hope SET will go up at least go up the level of 2 years ago at 800 so I can get out at least unharmed or only small harms.

From Pisanulok, there is mini van from the bus terminal through out the day to go to Mae Sot. Stopping at Sukhothai, Tak then run through mountainous strech to Mae Sot. 3 hours of not too comfortable rides. Have to pay a fee 500 bahts or 10 USD to get in Myanmar for a day trip. No crossing to Laos near Pisanulok.

Singapore is my favorite visa run destination. To get away from Thailand a day or two to see some civilization is very refreshing. Air Asia is cheapest, then have Tiger air and Value air. About cheap hotels, go to Geylang. Take subway from airport and get off at Aljunied. Lots of hotels at 40-60 SGD. Also many have short time services. Lots of Thai girls are working in this area as well at night if you cannot stand to miss Thailand a day or two , you can also get a company around here to chat with you about how much you miss Thailand. Of course for a fee.

This is a very boring question. Since this is an all English site naturally there will be lots more people from English speaking countires. You will get a completely diffrent survey if this is a German sites. English is an international language but most people still learn it as 2nd or 3rd language and most people around the world still feel to lazy to participate in a language that is 2nd or 3rd to you.

You can make huge money between Thailand and Nederlands if you are a little business minded. My Dutch pals make over 20000 Euros profits in a month (no exaggeration at all) selling very nice and cheap watches and sun glasses from Thailand ( in night markets or street vendors in Bangkok sell for 100-200 bahts, they buy for less than 50 to 100 bahts from the factories and pack them and ship them from shipping agents in Pratunam or hand carry them sometimes to Holland and Belgium themselves and sell them for 20-40 Euros a peice in their stores and other stores, in flea markets, on the internet, or on the auction sites ect)

Before they also exported so many pirated games wares, watches, CDs, DVDs,

and fashion brand name items from Bangkok and poured in over 50000 Euros in a month for many years. But they have stopped pirated items since last year because the Dutch police is getting stricter at the customs also at the internet. But anyways there are still so many good cheap and legal items from Thailand you can sell easily in Holland and make a ton of money like my pals.

I don't know why you Americans or Aussie worry so much about that airline will refuse boarding for not having the outgoing ticket. Is this an American or Aussie problem when they take their home carrier??

I have been in and out of Thailand so often for over 10 years. I did not know such problem until other members brought it up. I think who bring this up are mostly from USA or Australia. I have flown from Europe and Brazil on a return ticket back to Bangkok countless countless times on KLM, Lufthansa, Swiss Air, Air France, Scandinavian Airline, Emirates, Austrian Airlines ect ect and also countless visa runs by air of many different airlines from Bangkok to many nearby countries. But have never even once being asked about the outgoing tickets. I have started to wonder is this more of an American or Australian problem??

I know a foreigner can buy condo. But can foreigner buy office space in a buiding if that has no land attach to it??

Many of my friends back in Nederlands and Sweden canceled their trip to Phuket or to Thailand alltogether. And switched to Cancun or Rio. They still have the impression of negative energy after the massive death, not only in Phuket but the whole country as well. I think the sad impression and the negative ghostly energy from the massive death will not go away too soon. But I believe time will heal slowy and the vibrant impresion and positive energy will flow back again eventually.

One of my best Dutch pal got married last year with a Hong kong girl from a very wealthy family. They decided to settle down in HK and the wife's parents were so happy. Her family bought them expensive condo, cars, and also transfered many real estates properties and lots of securities, bonds ect into their names. The wife's father told them he is old and he doesn't want them to suffer harsh life and want them to have a very good life.

I think this practice is very common in the rich Chinese family, to provide their daughter and her husband with all the wealth to ensure a good life for them and the next generation.

Dannishgung, I assume your girlfriend's family is also Thai Chinese, right? Perhaps they have no son only have daughters. That's even better if thats the case. It is nothing unusual for rich Chinese parents to give all their wealth to their daughter and son-in-law to make sure he will take good care of the daughter and also good care of their grandsons.

I opened an account with Bank of Asia 2 years ago with tourist visa. But this year I wanted to open another new account and they told me I need a work permit. Bank of Asia was sold to some Singapore Bank group from Ambro last year and the service and management have gone down hill. So avoid this one.

Several of my friends who only have 30 day visa have opened accounts without any problem at Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn, Siam City Bank very recently. So check out these banks you should have no problem.

If the Thai government only issues long term marriage visas to foreign men who support their Thai wives and refuse visas to those that are supported by their Thai wives. This is really an extreme sexual discrimination. And it sound so out of logic. If a couple can prove to have the money either from husband or from the wife to carry on their living together, how can any country refuse to let them living together!!??Some Thai laws are so outrageously rediculous to me.
