Hi meatboy,

the corned beef pasties are back in stock now and we have cornish too.

The corned beef pasties sold out very fast, a new batch will be ready soon.

We have two hams Meatboy. One is priced at 100 baht the other is 90 baht. I think the smoked ham which is 90 baht has sold out too. So I think the shop assistant would of brought the other ham to show your wife. Apologies for any confusion, or embarressment caused.

A new batch of smoked ham will be ready soon, too.

Did you get the mince pies yet? JJ came to the shop earlier to collect them.

Last reminder for the Korat Chef xmas party at The Sports Bar.

This Sunday the 23rd starting 3pm.

We have a lot of bookings so we will divide the sittings into two times. The first at 3pm the second around 6pm.

Please specify which time you prefer.

Also, a quick note on opening times for the holiday period.

24th Dec close at 5pm.

25th and 26th Closed all day

1st, 2nd ,3rd January, closed all day.

Open all other days at the usual 10am to 11pm times.

when will the mince pies be ready,also i see you have roast ham on the xmas menu any available for us peasants?

Mince pies should be ready next week. The hams we won't start yet as we have lots going on this month. We're just making enough for the xmas dinner party. Hopefully January though.

Korat Chef will close early this evening for the King's Birthday. Doors close at 7pm.

A quick note about opening hours for the store.

From Monday the 10th of December, Korat Chef shop opening hours will change slightly. We will open at 10am and close at 11pm.

We will still be open 7 days a week.

Where do you live?

There are lots of hotels in Korat city.

The two nicer hotels in the city but you would need to get a taxi (10 min drive approx) to the party are:

Sima Thani

Dusit Princess

If you want something walking distance to the party there is the Ratchapruk Grand, or for something simple but clean there is the San Sabai. Both are just a few hundred metres from the party.

Try looking on agoda or booking as they will give you good deals for advance bookings.

If you need any help let me know and I'll look into some more for you.

The Korat Chef shop will close at 6pm Wednesday 28th for Loy Kratong festival.

It will be back to normal opening hours, Thursday, 9am - 11pm.

Hi Humbugged,

That was our second attempt at making crumpets so we haven't perfected them yet. We need to buy a large griddle for cooking them which if there's enough interest we will do.

Glad you still liked them.

The bacon wrapped meatloaf should be cooked in the oven. I've added a link to our site as most of the products we make have cooking instructions.

What 's in the Macarons , they look good.

At the moment we use a strawberry cream cheese filling. We will be adding several other fillings soon.

We shall be visiting the shop as we live down the road a bit.

Are all the products available in the shop all the time ? or do you need to place an order if you want a lot ?

Your pies are a bit expensive, used to the other places at 55/65b but your sausages are a good price by the looks.

We usually have just about all products in stock, sometimes a few items are out but never usually for long. You can always call ahead with your order to check stock availability just to be sure.

It's possible to deliver anywhere in Thailand. Although it may become expensive depending on distance. If you pm me your number I'll call you and we can discuss arrangements for delivery.

now then kc.exmas.is coming that means,mince pies,choco-log,christmas pudding and if possible a fresh turkey from your supplier is that asking toooooooooo much.

Not sure if we'll be getting fresh turkeys again this year. We'll do our best Meatboy, but we should have most of those things.
