I'm amazed that statistic has been published.

I have just been delivered a small booklet which outlines the new ring road to be built around Loei, but the map is so small it is impossible to extract any useful information from it. Does anyone know where I might be able to view a larger and more detailed map of this planned road?

This hints of corruption and I find it hard to believe such a thing is possible in Thailand.

Point out that in India it works the other way round, so how about adopting the Indian tradition here.
