Lovely place as all is new right now. I asked the office why no one enforces painting of the fences for those only there for holiday. No rules to be enforced or followed. Same with parking.  OK.   enough said.  We know what other villages look like after  10-15 yrs if there is no mgt.

Agree with most. Good security is important if you don't have  3 meter walls around your place. !  Very hard to find but I was surprised to find a few where I"m escorted into the office  and can't roam the grounds.     You can drive in an test them !  if its a new complex; then its a show; till they disappear and all are offsite  so.   Rules./ Regs are still a must.

I am recently looking also.  But you see many with no rules/regs and restrictions so you see dead cars, trucks . no lawn maintenance and many abandoned homes. This all brings your house value  way down.

First; no matter what they look like at first is a good set of rules; like most condo's have.   your house maybe perfect and well kept but if the neighborhood is goind  to  #%$%  then what do you have .

My Lucky star deep well pump motor died. Try to find a new one in Pattaya, Banglamung ? Forget it.  Finding that know-how and support was better 10-15 yrs ago. !

No service, support or resales staff that know how to install it all;   and what the parts are for.

I guess I must  leave the jets, piping alone and replace the whole pump/motor unit myself.

Hitachi seems to have more resellers and some stores know what I need but still no on site service to get it put in.

No one can explain the differences in jets and model specs.   Even if you call/ email the main mfg web sites !   TIT

Anyone know of pro tree cutters that have the man ( jlg) lift to get to tree tops ?

Alternative is climbing and chpped from the top down. but.  have some  30 meter dead trees etc.

Can anyone suggest a good repair co.  for deep water well; parallel jet motor//pump.  My motor crashed and burned.  Replace the whole thing; I'd guess as its  15 yrs old.

I'd  guess 20 meters deep.  Finding the connections to match might be as difficult as replacing a motor with the pump flanges to match.

Any suggestions on who in Pattaya/Jomtien Nong Plalai etc.

Looking for broker in Laem Chabang; ( ok English) but small shipments from USA. Clearing; and then understanding the BL needs to be correct also from Shipper.  Some are not; making it difficult. The bangkok receiving end should know all this but does not say anything; making it much more difficult for the broker to clear.  The limited English is a problem.

They say have done hundreds but don't even know the policy of registering in Chonburi.  no one gets paperwork. !  i'd surely not let them put a hitch on my truck. There no papers, diagrams or wont' even take a photo of how its installed.  They will not go with me to Chonburi to get any papers transferred.  Deposit still pending. -they have

waiting on a reply.   never get a title,  don't answer calls but want paid upon delivery without any title or paperwork showing transfer; if you ever get it - ever !  I'd stay clear. I'm still awaiting my deposit back.  Won't return or accept calls from my lawyer.

Had a look at a few breeders of German Shepherds here. All plagued with the same issues as many back home. Mainly downward sloping of the back and hip issues. You tell them a dogs back is meant to be straight and they look at you like, what? Maybe see if anyone you know has contacts with actual working GS dogs. I feel the breeders who will come up to your standards here will all be show dog breeders, which will just be adding to the above mentioned issues.

no dealers have them. No car wash; (only 1) will sell 3m clay bars.  buy off ebay; forget Aliexpress.

rubbing compound or liquids of any type did not work for acrylic speckles. The credit card worked the best so far. 

I have to order clay bars from outside to do a final cleaning.  None to be found locally  so far. 

Any ideas where to find.  or any other ideas on thousands of mini speckles of acrylic paint on my car.   Can pick them off with my fingernail.
