Confirmed - my son and wife, both Thai nationals, were on a repatriation flight last week from LAX.  They needed Fit to Travel forms from their doctor but NO pre-flight Covid-19 test.  Currently qualifying expats from the USA are required to have a negative pre-flight Covid-19 test within 72 hours of departure according to Thai Embassy in DC.
