Most likely attachments did not go through. They do nothing if they don't receive proof of ownership of the property. Yes you will have to go to immigration. Bring originals and copies of everything, chanote, house book (yellow book) if you have it and usual passport pages.

It was 2 to 3 weeks before the rush, my guess is 2 to 3 months now. I also do my yearly extension in early August, intend to present my fine receipt and copy of my email address verification.

Did my first report as condo owner at Chiang Wattanna immigration this week, after 7 years living full time in Bangkok. 800 baht fine, hardly cause for concern.

Looks like more misplaced holiday exuberance. So sad, RIP.

Seen the queue of people, unreal. Free beer is the only reason I would join that line.

Beggars belief, appalling standards of police work, just mark it down as accidental death. UK police really are at the bottom of the ladder.

Limited time expiry is common, e.g. Vodafone in UK. Troll post or chap does not get out and about much.

Sad news, RIP.

In the bottom picture, the policeman holding and aiming a radar speed gun
at vehicles while slowing/stopping at the checkpoint?
what is he hopping to catch? someone flying through the barriers?
is this how they use speed guns in Thailand?....
Picture also shows two radar speed guns. Calibration check/test. If the radar speed gun cannot be proven to be accurate, the police will have no chance of securing any conviction in court.

Hope the store staff make a full and speedy recovery.

Perfect for arriving tourists. Would ensure quality tourists only. Might need a lot of medivac airbus A380's though.

The idea has come from the UK were they are thinking of doing it. This is not a Thai idea just a copy.......as usual
France introduced a sugary drinks tax in 2012. Denmark actual abolished their tax in 2013 as Danes simply went to neighbouring countries to buy soda and avoid the tax. St Helena, a BOT, introduced a sugary drinks tax in 2014.

Horrible tragedy, just horrible.

Man Utd should forfeit the points.
Training device was in place since Wednesday!!! Totally incompetent stadium staff, for 4 days it remains undetected. Surely there is at least one security sweep before a match.
Employing an incompetent training company. A tally of their training devices before and after the training exercise is a basic requirement.
Got to feel for the fans, their day ruined. Would travel costs be reimbursed, doubt it?

So the building manger take the fall and not the unit owners!!!

What is expected of a tour guide, that they are Rambo? Phoning the emergency services for help and CPR is the best they can reasonably do, which in many cases is not going to prevent a tragedy.

Just to confirm the above posts. My embassy issues a confirmation letter of my yearly income in my home currency.
Immigration in Bangkok, convert to Thai baht and divide by twelve. They have never requested any proof that the money ever enters Thailand.

A true Hero, RIP.

Sad news. RIP to this lady.
The incidents to the Brits over this last week highlight just what a nanny state the UK has become. The concept of personal responsibility is well and truly dead.

Great player, even better manager. RIP
