Not sure where we will live yet, but it won't be anywhere desolate. I will order the thing from Myshopify now that I feel confident it can be delivered to Samui. Many thanks!
I just want to check on your experience with Stand Up Desks, did you get it yet and how is the quality? Thanks.

Does anyone know and can recommend a good brand of honey here in LOS...and where it can be purchased? Thx!
There are plenty of good honey around here. Go for products from King´s Project (the small bottles that can be bought in 7-Eleven for example) or OTOP-brands.

I just got the word that Minor International is taking over Brix at Hotel M (next to Tapae Gate), and they will turn it into another Burger King. Grand opening on April 10th.
Too bad, I really enjoyed that place for people watching and good Thai food. I don't really feel we need more junk food in CM.

Police have been aware of his activities over a period of several years but finally caught him and took him in for questioning before formally charging him.

She was the HR manager at Hilton. Guess she fired someone that could not take it.

I just got the 50/5 package a few days ago after being on 3BB Premier 5/1 for many years. So far it has been very stable and speed is overall great. I have tried several speed tests and they give me anything from 2 - 30 mbps internationally, depending on location. It's hard to say which one is really correct due to caching etc. But the overall performance is great compared to my previous package with 3BB. Same price as well.
Youtube loads instantly and Netflix works great. On Torrents I sometimes get up to 4 Mbps download speed, which means I get a movie downloaded within 5-10 minutes. Can't complain. To Singapore I get on average 15/4 Mbps, which is great since I have my server there.
Since I only had it for a few days, it's too early to say if its stable enough for my needs, but so far so good. If I were you I would get the 50/5 package since I don't think there is a big difference in international access on the 100/200 packages. You could always upgrade later if you want, but you can't downgrade (thats what True told me anyway).

I am in the Mae Hia / Hang dong area
I have true cable for both TV and internet
They cam in and installed, date and time promised and a clean job
TV is good never a problem
Internet is fine for what we do. can stream movies and other stuff both my wife and I at the same time
I am not computer smart enough to know what speed we are getting but works for me and price is OK
Jeff, I live in the same area and would like to know what package you are on and how much you pay for it.
Also, could you run a speed test using this link and click on the "Los Angeles" option. Much appreciated.

I think it's perfectly appropriate. If they allowed leuk kruengs to compete, the results would not reflect the true state of tinglish here.

Support sought for bill to curb foreign land grabbers throughout Thailand

If I understood the legal text correctly at asean.org, it means that all ASEAN-member nations must allow companies to have "100% foreign equity ownership". This means that all current Thai companies that use Thai nominees, can be converted into companies with 100% foreign ownership. Maybe someone with more knowledge can shed a light on this?
