Ive had septum straightened and turbinates reduced and other surgery that frankly I cant remember. Surgery probably helped a bit but not a lot. Its one area that sems tricky to sort properly. Good luck but id be carefull what surgeon you use, as its a very deleicate area.

No offence, but what you consider quality house building, is nothing of the sort. You appear to be taking the standards of Thais and

expecting, a real builder to accept that type of poor quality. I appreciate, most people building houses are getting on in years and wouldn't have a clue, in their home country either.

PS. Any concrete footing of 100mm, will last about as the next rain, before cracks appear, but good luck with the projects.

Well actually in Thailand, no sensible person would rely on a delivery being on site the next day, as in practice in very rarely happens, if you had actually built a house and not just paid thais to do it, you would know this already.

But what would I know, I'm only a specialist in the trade. How bizarre I didn't ask for any pictures lol, nor would I want any.
