  1. As a retired guy with some health problems, I do Keto for breakfast and supper and whatever Thai food my wife make for lunch which will have for rice .

Breakfast is one liter Kefir smoothie with one mountain banana and chia seeds and fresh berries in season here on the mountain.

Supper has been home made yogurt with orange slices.

Lap moo is my restaurant meal choice. 7-11 snack is the so called footlong spicy processed hotdog made from anybody's guess. And do like some occasional dark chocolate.

Decaf coffee black with Control no sugar sweetener. Tried the stevia leaves and don't like. Guilty pleasure is Truslan coffee-probably 100% sugar and bad for me because it's 73% artificial stuff. Red wine couple times a week.

Results of this type eating is 12 kilo weight loss in  months and still shaped like a pear but at least the belly is getting smaller

  2. TOT call it WiNet, Ais call it AirNet, not sure about True but they do offer a similar service.

Living in the mountains 45 K west of Chiang Mai there is now excellent service using True move H with ZTE 21Mbps model ZTE MF65.

It gives me a shared wifi signal and will handle our 3 connections with no problem -so far. Can finally watch streaming videos after 6 years of waiting.

Works on the 2100Mhs.& I got a deal for 1 year 5G/mo for a discounted payment of 499TB/mo. 3 weeks into this now I am still less than the monthly limit of up/download 5 G , after which the speed will go to 384kbps.

Good luck where you live. Gotta love these 21degree C days in the mountains and now with decent internet connection.

  3. Welcome Diddl to Northern Thailand,

You have gotten some good advice here on T.V.F. and there are some of us far from the city in the mountains to the west-up high where it is much cooler- who appreciate the locals. My wife and I have a good sized farm and have a local and his wife work for us. There is no smog and little crime here. We don't yet have WIFI but just got 3G so I don't know of any radio signals which require tin foil on the head to keep the alians out. We mostly grow organic fruits, veggies and berries. This year we added grapes bought from the local King's Agricultural Project.

Our GPS works great. Got it in the USA and bought updated sofeware at Pantip.

Takes about 2 hours to drive here but as we age we think closer to the city and medical help is a good idea. So, we will move closer.

For Thai Lanna homes with up to 250 sq. wah, check out south of the city on the Irrigation Road.

    Good luck to you
