Stay away from Playbook, it's a dead end considering RIM's current state of affairs.
Go for iPad or an Android tablet instead.

Just hope I can complete my set from End Of Time before 25th. Darn belt never drops!

Your best shot is a Thai citizen and not an expat I think.
Even doing volunteer work can get you into trouble with the authorities.

All i want is very less (or none) disconnections or very short,
Who can advise me? I not need proves just experience from someone please.
Ask your neighbours what provider they use and how the speed/stability is.
Especially their youngsters as they usually tend to spend more time on the internet than their parents.
As unfortunately one provider might be exceptional at one location, and a disaster at another.

This is actually good.
Because this means less people learns english in school, and will probably will need to seek external education, which leads to more business opportunities for teaching expats.

In particular I am looking for a couple of Arduino Nano, some XBee, a good breadboard, some wires and LED's.
Or is it better to order from outside Thailand?
Thanks.

You do realize that value of a condo can shift dramatically but your debt to the bank stays the same, right?
And I am not only talking about market value, there are loads of environmental factors too which can pop up after a couple of years, causing the property value to shift.

I flew FinnAir about a year ago, and could not complain.
Even though I chose cheap-ass economy the attendants came about every now and then with drinks, and their entertainment system kept me out of boredom.
The seats are not excellent but at least I didn't have pains half the way as I did with AF/KLM.
I probably won't hesitate to fly FinnAir again if the price admits.

Don't bother arguing, it's a waste of time.
In early times I've been into arguments and discussions about getting people to switch, but no more.
It is much more rewarding to spend energy on the curious ones coming with an open mind and interest for the platform.
Catch them early, teach the basics and nudge them in the right direction when they get stuck.
