an oxymoron like this has to be a wind up?
-
ummmm.....does stupidity include carefulness and meticulousness?
-
ummm...in which century is this going to happen.......presumably this one I guess?
-
I guess the problem is that most thais seem to think Thailand is their rubbish tin. You watch any thai on any given day and they be strewing rubbish everywhere. Plastic bags, drink containers, cig packets.... you name it. Go to any "market day" and see the trash produced there Its this behaviour that needs to stop before anything else can be done

Your twisted with you concept of a woman who is a hottie and that you have no chance with her. My girlfriend of 7 years who is now 35 is a show stopper when she walks into the room
Heads turn.In a nutshell she is very beautiful and I am a lucky guy. Lke a lot of pretty girls most men in the west are intimidated with beautiful woman.
Thai or farang would not approach her for fear of being rejected. To make a long story short we have been together 7 years
So it really does not matter if a woman is Thai or Western They are all the same world wide and guys need to accept that . Nothing different about that
I guess the problem is that every other guy in the world, intimidated or not, is going to think the same about your g/f and historically this can be a cause of problems

What is a middle aged guy doing with a young teenager?
The age gap 19 years old... God..
Sent from my iPad using Thaivisa Connect Thailand
One could also ask what is a nineteen year old doing with a 40 to 45 year old boyfriend.......it would have been her choice at some stage
ummmmm...I guess a 19 yr old would be with a 40-45yr old for his MONEY......lol TIT

Lack of initiative far too prevalent in Thailand.
Quite so.
and the same could probably be said about intelligence too?
-
"In this case, she's beautiful and intelligent but she even admits she has a problem with no sex drive and always had the same problem in past relationships" .
I think what you said here encapsulates the situation. She is beautiful and intelligent has no sex drive and admits this is a problem and has been in past relationships. I don't really see what more you need to know to make your decision as you are going to certainly have the same problem

My daughter was born out of marriage and she has my surname. No problem.
yes I agree. At the time my daughter was born we were not married and she has my surname. I seem to remember I had to sign yet another piece of paper, at the amphur, that gave my permission for her to have my surname. The rules may vary from amphur to amphur but in my situation it created no problems at all

Thais just love noise.
lol...isn't there a saying that an empty gourd makes the most noise
-
Am i hearing this correct?
You just purchase the licence without a test on any instruction?
Are there any driving schools or road awareness course's here?
Thanks
It might be worse than that.
My GF told me she got her car driver's license without ever having driven in a real traffic situation.
They only test if you are able to park and steer around a few bolllards, on your own, in a completely sealed-off area. In other words a "driving license" is more or less only a "parking license". Apparently, this is the norm...
Perhaps someone can confirm this, or whether she managed to pull off something unusual (?)
yes I can confirm this. They need to be able to park, steer around a few bollards and drive in reverse for about 20 metres. No actual real traffic situation

Filipinos must be narcissistic.
Narcissus, means "inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love
yes from memory Narcissus used to love admiring his reflection in a certain pool of water. Unfortunately for him he was so pre-occupied doing this one day he fell into the pool and drowned

probably because the thais are constantly looking at themselves in rear vision mirrors

Do you need a licence in Thailand to "Drive" a bicycle?
lol...a licence doesn't appear to be needed to drive anything in Thailand. You just need to believe you are able to drive

When you ride a bike of any kind, it's not a matter of "if" you're gonna have a prang, it's "when".
Also, the bastard that hits you is the one you never see coming and it doesn't matter how defensive you are - Murpy's Law.
Friend of mine was standing beside his parked bike outside a 7/11 putting his helmet on. Somchai on a scooter loses control passing a truck, wipes out three parked bikes and leaves my mate with cracked ribs, broken shoulder, and facial injuries. Go figure.
yes this certainly true in Thailand. I had so many "close calls" here that I sold my motorbike before I came a statistic...it was going to be inevitable and I'm a careful rider. Its all about the dangerous thai roads and driving practices
