Well I am still waiting to here from Lazada, re my 12,000 Baht, have sent 3 Emails no reply, they have basically "Stolen My Money" and I do not know what to do about it, thought I might get some help from TV. but nothing happening their, I get they do not want to "Rock The Boat" the advertise on TV, but Lazada are in the wrong and the Mods are Silent! No Balls! all I want is a contact who speaks English, not the Help Desk. tried them already many times.

I am aware of the risks of paying for something before getting it, and I was conscious of this when I made this decision, I had a very valid reason for doing so so the Smart A---ses can get off my case! Now after many phone calls to them they refuse to resend the Washing Machine claiming the the carrier tried to contact me and could not, I have offered them 1500 Baht to send again using a Driver with a Brain, did not work! Amazing!! the Item has been back in Bangkok since Monday but NOT in there Warehouse, so where is it, all this is adding to the 45 Days to get my 12000 Baht back, the Stupidity of the whole thing just amazes me, It has stressed me out to much,  who the hell can I talk to to fix this, I have sent copies of my phone log and the log file of My Phone Company showing all of the calls on the day in question, no calls from Carrier! and no response from Lazada. What do I do just suck it in and wait for my money. or what. as a good customer of more than 3 Years I am shocked at there lake of caring. 

I have been dealing with Lazada for the last 3 years or so, purchased many items big and small, recently bought a Washing Machine, I was (is) a good deal, told it would be delivered in 4 to 6 Days last week, my wife waited at home after being advised it had been picked up by the Transport Company ( Yusen) the Machine did not come, no contact from company nothing, after many phone calls we were told they ( Lazada ) said they could not contact shipping company, the we get an email advising item back in Bangkok as they could not contact us, what a load! then they tell us the money will be Refunded, Never asked for a refund! just want the machine! I suggested they find a Driver with a Brain to redeliver, no can do they say, to add Insult to Injury they say takes up to 45 Days for Refund! What so it will be nearly 2 Months I am out of pocket 12000 Baht. thru no fault of mine. Does anybody have any contacts with Lazada who can help me, Please! I know they advertise on TV, and I do not think they are the problem, maybe policy is wrong, never had any problem before and have spent a lot of money with them, the only mistake I made was not using COD.

I did not get angry at any time, I am not stupid! but many others were, in all my past contacts 90 days etc no problems at all all very polite and they know me anyway! been going for 4 Years now, but the Girl on the front desk has gone who used to compile the papers first. this may be the problem.

Surin Immigration used to be Kap Cheong is now a Disaster Area, Last year got my Marriage Extension done in one and a half hours, not now, went last week took seven hours! Papers passed from Officer to Officer they all check page by page very slowly, on the Mobile go for a walk etc.

A bloody nightmare, five other couples all in the same Boat, finally they decided that the photo of us sitting on the bed was not good enough, needed to be in bed! What! this was after five hours. So off to find a resort, take photos of us in bed, many pics some of them we are stark naked, just to show them! Sick of the whole thing by then, many people angry which they were very aware of but changed nothing to their attitude. finally they they finished me at four O Clock, from nine am.  many others still being stuffed around.

Does anybody have the phone number for them as need to call to find out when they are coming to our house again! I need to go to Bangkok urgently next week.

I really do fail to see the reason behind this post!

If you have an extension of a Visa, you know that you have, by law, to make a 90 day report.

By making this post, you obviously have the ability to use the internet - therefore you also should have the ability (if unable to physically attend your local Immigration), to make the 90 day report on line!

This would be correct if the online reporting actually worked.

For many it does not.

I have tried from 3 Different Computers to report on line without success! many times! trying to save 1000Baht of fuel.

Is that a Visa based on marriage, I think you have to leave the country every 90 Days, is that correct, and how much does this cost, I am currently on an Ed visa last 3 years, which has not been a problem thus far!

Is it still possible to get a Marriage Extension without proof of income, I have a problem, The Aussy Dollar is Stuffed! I do rember reading some time ago that this is possible. Thanks in advance Ubon Joe!
