Why people drink alcohol and drugs, and destroy their health?
Beer, wine, and all alcohol drinks are very harmful for our health, destroy our main organs such as heart, live, and lung and cause serious diseases.
We must try our best to avoid the all drugs and alcohol.

Exercise is necessary to maintain the health, lose the extra body weight , and improve the fitness level.
Nobody can't get fitness without the regular exercises.
To shape up your body you should do some exercises regularly.
More preferable are the cardio exercises, you can also do some weight exercises at gym but more effective are jogging, running, and swimming.

Thai dishes is probably the most healthy in the world. It's not too difficult to eat sensibly in Thailand ... esp. with all the fish available. Just keep away from the highly-refined european foods, eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, remove or average consumption of red animal meat, keep away from sweet drinks, and remove or average milk products.
