Also read on facebook that no one have problems in Mae Sai with second entry.

Recent news. At least one time 2nd entry was denied. And it was not mistake cause they stamped first 2 month then changed to 1 month. I think it depends on officer from my more then 8 stamps in Mae Sai.

I wouldn't much rely on information from Truemove clerks. I met some that even still think CM have no coverage of 2100 MHz for 3G. Ask carefully at least 3 different managers in one place.

I suspect that you may actually be using 850 MHz service on TrueMove H, which resells CAT's network. If it is TrueMove H/2100 MHz then it should show as "52004".

These criminals do have brains and many are highly organised and this is what makes them extremely dangerous.

Racketing isn't too hard to do. You talk with bar owners, if you don't want occasional many sorts of troubles in bar, better pay us. You talk with local police, we control street violence and you don't protect business owners, especially farangs. If not, it maybe more various uncontrolled violence and small criminal acts in district. Local authorities can't do much in this situation without strong power will from Bangkok.
