The only reason I suggested a tourist visa is because he asked how to stay 90 days 60 plus 30 on extension. Yes has nothing to do with right to enter but felonies unless on some hot ( terrorist) sheet would not be a factor. Only on permanent residency.

You need to get a tourist visa at the consulate or embassy in your country then get a 30 day extension before the 60 days expires

Relax dude. I have two recent felony drug trafficking convictions not to mention a smuggeling charge in a second country in which I was imprisoned. Had many tourist visas and presently on second business visa. Relax you will be fine.

Would be awful to spend resources only to get turned away. Also, if I need to stay 3 months do I need a certain visa and do I get that upon arrival? I know 30 days is the limit without one.

There are many private dealers that have massive collections of nearly new big bikes that they offer on finance.

Their facebook pages have all the details and finance options on each bike.

Ranging from a CB300 to Ducati Panegales.

They are far easier to finance from and have the requirements listed.

i am a US citizen with no US credit. I have a two year work permit here and on paper I pay myself 50k a month. Where can I find a used Ducati? I thing Paningale may be a bit much for Chiang Mai but I would love to know the names and addresses where these private dealers are in Chiang Mai.

To make the charges even more hard to believe is the charge of attempting tosmuggle COCAINE from Asia to Western countries. Presumably the US. Only problem Cocaine does not get smuggled out of Asia but into it. To make such a rediculous charge gives us all a much clearer view of how jacked up these charges are.
