A bit more than an year ago I have obtained a 1 year driving licence and now it's expired. Planned to renew it but I lost it a few days ago. What do I have to do now to obtain a 5 years licence without taking tests? Is it necessary to show old expired licence?

mostly choosing between Khon Kaen and Udon bun thinking about Maha Sarakham and Roi Et also.

I've already been in some Isan cities but I wasn't there for long, and the impression not had time to emerge.

actually wanna move to the place where is not so lot of farangs like in Pattaya.

please advice me the optimal option where to move, what is not like a deep village and as I wrote above where is not too much farangs.
