The X-Air Hawk is not a 'light aircraft' it is in the 'Ultralight or Microlight' category.
See:
The X-air is a high wing, 2 seat, side by side, conventionally controlled, microlight/ultralight aircraft, with full dual controls, toe brakes, elevator trim & over 3+ hours flying time, on it's two 25L fuel tanks, which are filled easily at the side of the fuselage.- 1

We drink Royal Project Black tea, and other teas such as (black) HoarFrost or Just Black Tea. Afternoon we chose Oolong.
There is a fantastic range of real teas available here, In Chiang Mai, at Warorot market, there is a fantastic range of Thai teas for sale and ne'er a tea bag to be seen. In the food court a lady sells a type of hot red tea that hits the parts that 'Thaitea' will never reach.

We should not refer to this sort of event as an 'accident.' This implies that there was some sort of event outside human control. This was a 'collision,' pure and simple.

I wonder how a Police doctor, reportedly with the rank of Captain can afford a Porsche Cayenne.

'The accident happened by the Bang wa BTS.'
This was no 'accident', It was a collision, If we call such events as being accidents we imply there is some sort of abstract event that distances the perpetrator from the crash.

The horse has not only long gone it is now breeding
like a rabbit !
All the measures mentioned in the OP are now a waste of time and just going through the motion of being seen to do something.
It's out there and it is going to spread fast. Hopefully , it will prove the boon that experts have predicted and it will see covid diminish in both danger and importance. Who really knows
Bigger question is , has covids doll finally done dancing or will it remain a case of not being over until the fat lady sings.
A new strain has apparently been detected in Cyprus.
Scientists in Cyprus identify new 'Deltacron' Covid strain in 25 patients that combines elements of Delta and Omicron variants
It has been reported that there is no new strain in Cyprus, it was a laboratory error caused by contamination.

Important word there is 'IF', and nobody - not even Indians - are booking flights and hotels on 'ifs' , 'maybes' and 'mights'
If ifs and ands were pots and pans, there would be nothing left for tinkers. -

correct me if im wrong, I read the other day only 28% of the Phuket population have had their 2nd jab and it's now the 21st I thought it takes two weeks for the jab to become effective
Does that 28% include the farang who cant even get the first jab?
I agree, the writing in the OP is sloppy. 2 Shots, correctly spaced, are needed and then another 2 weeks to achieve a full antibody response. this takes about 14 weeks minimum. To get herd immunity then at least 70 % of a population needs 2 shots and 2 weeks.

If we could deply all those involved in the drug trade into a vaccine procurement program, instead of the naive amateurs currently floundering about, we would have the whole population vaccinated in days and money pouring in from outside.
Win win!!!!!

Most covid vaccines require 2 shots.
It takes 2 weeks after the second shot to develop full immunity, so since the reccomeded period between the first and second is 12 weeks (depending on type), then another 2 weeks to develop full immunity,
14 weeks in total.
Even if every body gets their first dose tomorrow, it will be mid September before we can partake in the recovery. This assumes there are any vaccines of course.
note: Some idiot has reccommended that the period between doses should be 16 weeks so the recovery cannot start until October.
End of July??? Tell them they are dreaming!!!!

This is many things, but one thing it is not, it is not an "accident "

Thankyou Rooster, I too remember how important it was to be vaccinated against the childhood diseases and later as a therapist working with the blind and deaf, the wards with rows of iron lungs, the people permanently disabled. It is all forgotten now.
Thank you for your article. Please keep writing.

And where and how is this alcohol made? From corn and sugar cane that needs oil based fertilizer and when grown the residue is burnt making choking fine particles that blankets the country.
Clean 'green' fuel? Don't make me laugh.

It was no 'accident.' Try 'Collided with,' or 'crashed into' or even 'hit the other pickup.'
