Haven't been in Th lately but due to the banking situation, I try to keep my phone service active with DTAC. Normally I called 662 202 800, asked for eng speaking operator and they extended validity for a year with no problems. This time they tell me to hold and never come back. Last night I set my phone aside, went for a walk and when I returned 50 mins later, the call was still on hold.
Is there a better way to reach them by phone? Thanks a lot in advance.
