Keep all UDD leaders, PTP MPs suspected of corruption including YL and all red shirt leaders locked up in a military prison to be investigated by a special branch of the NACC with swift and harsh sentencing on irrefutable evidence, to serve as a future warning to anyone else wishing to tread a similar path.

Appoint a neutral PM and cabinet, pay the farmers off via a special budget approval by the constitutional court, and suspend the rice pledging scheme.

Then we can set about imposing the new reforms to hopefully bring Thailand back down to earth.

They shud've let YL run its course as PM, find her faults, and when its time for election, let the people choose. Also come up with policies to win people's heart instead of crying vote buying. TS came up with cheap healthcare, YS came up with rice scheme. Even if the rice scheme wasnt successful, there was good intention, but not implemented by her or her beuarocrats. If the aircon is still in working condition as when you move in, even tho you may not like its performance. If you want it a bit better performance, you (tenant) has to pay to replace it. But when you move out, you have the right to take it with you.

But if it's breaking down and you can prove it "in its performance over the year", then the owner has to fix or replace it w/ his own expense.

If he's not reasonable or doesn't have a basic common sense, there is no need to talk further with him. JUST MOVE ON

Why you have to put up with thing you don't like, when paying that much in rent?

If its breaking down? Then i might just sabotage the airconditioner so i can get a replacement...keep on doing it till i get a bigger one that can cool the living room.

In my opinion landlord should and most definitely will get a 2nd a/c, thus keeping tenant for another contract year.

I've notice many accidents in bangkok, and most of them involving taxis with other vehicles, and sometimes both happened to be taxis.

I had 2 minor accident, both with taxis. I've been on a few of them, and had one minor accident.

I only ever use them for internal flights. Their international cabin service is awful and they are overpriced.

I went with a thaiairways flight almost a year ago. It was overpriced, and they used an old airplane with old cabin crew who didnt care much about passengers or their job coz they've work there more than enough. The food tasted horrible. The return flight was ok, but food was still horrible.
