  1. Does anyone know of any after market quality accessories for the New Pajero Sport? Thai Websites?

I am also looking for a cover that will be on it for months while we are gone. Any suggestions on material and storage techniques? Thanks

    Hi Mike,

I have the brand new front and rear underskirt, unopened. I got it free in a promo package when i booked the car in September, but I am only using the spoiler and the skirts can go for half price.

I put the add up on Baht Sold and Classifieds on TV.

  2.

I also know a good builder, but, need to know what it will be made from.

Concrete and tiles? Bamboo with thatch? Wood?

    Hi Karen,

Thank you and would appreciate the info ! It is a pergola style extension (meaning flat roof) to give more cover, it will be attached to the house, stick out and have support posts.

I am open to different construction materials depending on the advice given, as long as it suits the house. To give you an idea see photo of similar house

and the extension needs to cover the whole front and stick out about 2.5 meters...

Just called my builder. Sorry, he's unavailable due to work commitments. Good builders usually are.

Steelpulse should be able to help.

It is not that urgent and I am willing to wait...

  3. I know of a number of construction companies, but can't say I ever came across a company that strictly builds pergolas, if that helps OP!

Doesn't have to be company that strictly builds pergolas, a construction company that delivers quality work, understands what the client needs and gives suggestions.

Your info on different companies is welcome !

  5. My Russian pal's wife absolutely is the best perogi maker on the island.

Thank you very much for your completely off topic and useless answer ! But I am happy for you that you have time and nothing better to do then posting unhelpful comments, hope it gives meaning to your life !

  6. I would like to build an extension to our house to provide more shade. Looked at other options such as awning and metal frame, but I would prefer a more pergola style solution.

Anyone has good experience/tips about companies in Phuket area ?

    Thanks !

  7. Wow Now there is democracy for you. If the minority can't win an election then stage a coup and take control against the majority.

Elected means representing the WHOLE country, not just give everything to the provinces that elected you and piss on the rest... May I remind you that the PT Thai Government CANCELLED the Convention centre that was to be build in Phuket. When the Democrat MP asked why, she was answered by MINISTER Plapordasop elected by the people to represent the people , quote, 'your province didn't vote for us, so you are not getting it'.

This convention centre was planned and budgeted by Abhisit government, they approved TWO, one in Chiang Mai, which was build and opened, and one in Phuket, cancelled by this government and the money that was earmarked for this channeled to some other project in Isaan.

If an elected government just STEALS tax payers money for their own enrichment and ONLY for their support base, from those that pay all the tax and bring in the revenue there is NO legitimacy anymore. A majority or not, it is a bought majority, you call that democracy ??

  8. Who cares about their nationality? They were human beings! whistling.gif

But they weren't Thai, so they don't count.

sadly enough that is true.... the Thai mentality is that it is their own fault they are dead, if they weren't in Thailand they would still be alive. In fact, they are responsible for the death of the Thai driver. If they all would have stayed home in Laos, the driver wouldn't have to drive them around and would still be alive.
