  1. Just go back a few pages [to Click this text for dentist thread link /Meadish] and you will find the thread I started.

The majority of Posters recomended Grace Dental Practice (someone kindly out theirwesite in as a link)

That's where I have started having treatment. NOT CHEAP but more professional and better equipment than I ever saw in England.

Been twice now, havn't touched me yet as there is so much to do they have been getting several diffent dentists with diffenent skills to check me out before they came up with a plan of action. (Did not charfe for this). Only paid 100 baht for an x-ray. That part IS cheap!

    Good luck

    TP

  2. Remember it is a crime to prosecute with out cause as some of the people on this board are doing. They have him now and he will have his day in court to face his crime.

In which case couldn’t be too bad if he is using the computer and not locked away.

I do have 1 thing that does bother me is extradition costs would have to exceed $10,000 or $15,000 dollars I don’t think they would come after you for something that would be a fine of only 4000 euro or a few months in jail.

So this leads me to believe that prisons have internet access, are you on house arrest or in a holding facility?

Dutch prisons are pretty easy going so my mate said, so I expect maybe got net access there.

Neeraram, bit strong aint it? Don't know what the guy has done at all, let him speak out a bit more before judging him, or stuartinbkk, spill the beans.

Thank you Madness. Afer being exradited to Holland in december, I have been in prison for questioning for ten days only. My case has been in the press ( TV and newspaper)

and will go to cord by the end of april. In the meanime I am free to go, e- mail, make telephone calls , send faxes and so on. If you have any reasonable comment ( not the same low level as Neeraram and some other bullshiters) you can always reach me directly. [email protected] or GSM 06 11 44 59 43. And don't be stupid, in Holand we have no e-mail or mobile phones in prison! :o

For Stuart, sorry I can't reply your question. No acces to your PM box.

But the anwer is ,, no problem,,

  3. According to his post he is not accused of anything, he has to appear as a witness.

I cannot imagine a Thai Court acceding to an order of extradition or rendition just for a reluctant witness to front a foreign Court in a witness capacity. That is not the purpose of lawful extradition.

Mr. Pat Pong does not seem to be very helpfull. In the meantime I am communicating through someone's PM. It is there where I better give the full details of my story.

  4. very Harsh Pat

Extraditition is not done for nothing. It means two Dutch cops coming to escort him back to Holland to face whatever he is up for. They won't be doing that for nothing.

In the eye of the law every man is honest and innocent, unless it be proved legally to the contrary.

Nevertheless, should the cord plea me guilty, the penanty will not exeed 4000,= Euro. !!!! Or 3 weeks behind bars !!!!

  5. I have in Spain a female bull terrier 2 years and half, I m the legal owner. I have B visa with one year extention.

What is the legal procedure for importing my dog. Is some problems with some breed as bull terrier?

Thx for your advise / experience.

Lovely dogs, love childeren, little bit naughty, don't realize their own power.

A year ago I bought a pupy female in Chiang Mai. I love here, the best buy I ever did.

Usually the Thai react a little affraid / surprised as they do't know if it is a dog , a rabit or a pig. As soon as fear has gone and they know your dog, everybody will love her. Yes they are allowed in Thailand.

Please don't compare with the dangerous pitbull !!!!

  6. Thanks for the advice, I will go with a Thai friend for a better communication.

For the detail a bull-terrier is not a pit bull. The personality and physical caracteristic of both dogs are fully differents. Mine live with a cat, other dogs and a family with children. It s my second one and I never have problems in 14 years I have this breed.

The two last dog show in Bangkok have the bull terrier head as the official logo.

    This is a picture of a bull-terrier:

And this is a picture of a pit bull:

And finally like everywhere there is some bad bull-terrier and some bad pit bull. also bad poddle exist too without forget bad masters...

In a civilized world you are not guilty and no criminal as long as you are a suspect and not yet plead guilty. Could I be the victem of a hysterical procecuter?

Yes I am.... You don't believe me ,.....I ''ll keep you posted.

  8. What were you extradited for? If it was a criminal charge, I'd say it's a safe bet the Thai authorities will still view it as a 'bad farang deported' case... And not want you back.

MFA regulations on not being issued a visa in part:

    (6) Having been imprisoned by the judgement of the Thai Court; or by a lawful injunction; or by the judgement of the Court of foreign country, except when the penalty is for petty offense or negligence or is provided for as an exception in the Ministerial Regulations.
If they had to go through the extradition process rather than you leaving of your own accord I would not expect a welcome mat to be out in these days of computer records.

There is no stamp in my pasport
