I would like to ONLY register a company in Thailand and I have no plan for actual working permit or residency. What I need this company for is that I would like to register my product brand in Thailand and I need to only register a company for it. That is, this company name and registration will be used only for legal procedures so that I can register my brand name in Thailand.

What are the requirements?

I suspect you have too much running if that happens? I have been an HTC user for a few years, currently using a HTC Touch, and never had that problem. But then I make sure that I am not constantly connected to the Internet and only have the applications that I need running in the background.

I have tried HTC HD2, HTC Diamond 2 and HTC Mini. Honestly, it makes a little difference if you have running programs or internet connection etc...I am not a fan of Samsung. But I m really impressed with my current Omnia II ( I8000 ) while everyday I watch movies and my internet is connected 24hours and it lasts 4 days to recharge!

Well, I will never go for HTC! Reason: Battery drain in 1 days...no difference which model...they are all same.

I m not insisting in Samsung and I suggest you whatever brands you plan to buy, choose the one with AMOLED LCD which preserves battery 20% more than normal LCDs and 20% brighter,too.

The birth of our first child was calculated for Jan 28, but the baby is still not coming out.

The Ultrasound computer calculated anything from Jan 28 to Feb 2 on different days and progress of pregnancy.

The doctor insists now on a c-section on the 5th, one week after due date.

I did some research on the internet and the general consent seems to be that up to two weeks after due date is no issue and before doing a c-section hormonal inducement should be considered.

I spoke to the Obs about it and he was all against inducement, telling tales of uterus ruptures and other disasters.

I'm really sitting on a fence here and have to make a decision asap. Any advise is most welcome!

What is isa server which is installed on server and what is its relation with microsoft firewall client installed on clients' computers? Is it a controlling system? How can the server control client? Can server watch clients' desktop by these two softwares installed?

If its been designed as an Acrobat form with fill-in fields, you can fill them in in Acrobat itself. However, Acrobat Reader will then only allow you to print the form, NOT save it. Only the FULL version of Acrobat will allow saving of filled-in forms.

If it wasn't designed that way then Photoshop is one option, or there is freeware which will do the job for you, I believe.

Yes I bought from out of thailand.

No. It is not possible to specify what kind of power cord you need when you are purchasing one. However, it all depends on where you buy it as each Dell provides extra accessories and adaptable cords depending on the country where you buy it.

In my opinion, forget about 256mb as it will make you get stuck sometimes. 512mb is optimum.

What are the quality of the returns on a real query? Writing a script to search multiple sites and lump it all together is easy, but it's quite another to return quality results, weed out spam, etc.

These megasearch sites pop up and dissappear all the time.

The quality of a query is the precision and relevant results. The results displayed in seek64 are exactly the ones you may find if you search with an independent Google /Yahoo or Live search engine.

Whether these sites appear or disappear was not my concern.

Now..they are providing good sevice...if disappear...no problem return to google/yahoo....
