  1. 12pm I registered for the 90 day report, I received the “Data not Received”… tried again, same message.

Reloaded the page, tried again this time the 3 blinking dots and it went through, but it popped up with highlighted email address and did not accept it, so I manually typed in the email instead of allowing the autofill and I used different email address.  I thought maybe they had one on file??… even though this is a registration???
    It was accepted.

12:17pm received email with password.  “Your account has been successfully created.”
I do have the “noreply” email from immigration in my contacts.
I entered the requested data and it accepted it.

A few minutes later I received another email.   “We have received your information successfully, you can find your information below.”

I checked the status of application and it indicated “Pending”.

This is good.  After my extension of stay in April 2020 I was never able to use the online or app successfully for 90 day reporting.

3:56 received email.  “Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been approved.”  A new reporting date slip attached.

    BTW - I’m using Safari 15.2 on a M1 Mac.

    Well done Thai Immigration.

Can also pay the bill at any 7-11. Much easier.

I've also paid at BigC mini marts.

At 7-11/BigC, if you're past a certain pay by date, I believe you have to go to one of the PEA branches.

I see various hawks but no eagles or owls yet in Chiang Dao.

You'll likely never see the Asian Owlets that are all over Chiang Mai as they difficult to see in the trees.
BUT, you will hear them all the time, distinct sound.

  4. Thank you, that was helpful in letting me know it wasn't a Skype problem.
    ........

For the record - in case someone else runs into this problem this might be helpful.

After checking every possible setting on the phone, tablet, computer and checking the WiFi settings I'm pretty sure I found the culprit.
In Skype>settings>calling>caller ID> it was ON.  I'm thinking I had turned it on a while back when registering a website or verify something.
    So
Turned caller ID off, tried 3 numbers, it worked.
Turned it back on (I like to test out things to make sure...555) called same numbers wouldn't work.  Ok, this is the problem.
Turned called ID off, tried the 3 numbers it didn't work... damn.
Turned tablet off, back on, called the numbers and it works... so does the phone and computer.

I'm thinking Skype was seeing it was coming from a Thai phone number ?? (not sure why that affected the tablet/computer).

I want to confirm you are using the Free version/service of calling Toll Free numbers abroad.

IF you would, please check to see if your Caller ID is OFF or ON.

  5. Recently I'm having issues using Skype to place calls to 800 numbers.
On computer, phone and tablet they are not connecting or going through.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    All devices updated.
    Skype updated on everything.
Since this is happening on all my devices using my WiFi I'm wondering what to do, what to check.

I did try using AIS WiFi, but didn't work either.  I'll try a few other locations.

Any constructive help on this is most appreciated.  I'm stumped.

  6. In a few more months Chiang Mai air quality will once again be at unhealthy high levels, the next Covid variant will be out and Thailand will still be struggling to vax the Thais that don't want/trust the Sinovac, which they seem to be receiving by the millions.  Will access to a hospital be available to foreigners in the event you get sick or injured, unrelated to Covid.
Being stuck in Thailand in these conditions is not sounding good.
At some rapidly approaching point, traveling back to the US purely as self-preservation will be the smart choice.  As far as returning, not until they fix this place and drop the scambox or maybe not at all.   Change is good.

  7. Today I tried online and got the exact same message as OP.  "For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."
Then I used the 90 Day app.  A message popped up showing my passport number, visa expiration date as 2 May 2021 and indicated Status Overstay 30 days.

The system thought I was on overstay,  possibly the cause of the failed online/app 90 day reporting.

I went to immigration today and no problem getting the 90 day renewed.
Told the IO about the app message and this involved a few other staff and then a student helper told me the 90 day system was not linked with another system (could not understand what she said) and then I was told I should call Bangkok Immigration.

Based on the OP and others having a very similar issue with online/app, it seems like the system is not functioning.

I did a successful online 90 day around the end of Dec 2020, then did my extension mid March 2021, and the last two (March/June) 90 day attempts online/app have failed.

The COVID-19 situation in Thailand is approaching a critical level, with daily new infection and fatality rates on the rise, said Dr. Prasit Wattanapha, dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Mahidol University, as he urged cooperation from everyone by keeping their guard up and wearing face masks all the time, even at home.

The Thai people are probably urging cooperation from the "leadership" [pains me to use that terminology] by getting vaccines with higher efficacy in the arms of those that want/need them and getting the country open, NOT closing and doing nothing while watching the economy deteriorate and people struggling.  HELP them, don't make it worse for them.

Your on-line submitted 90-day report is approved only when you are able to access on the site the 'Receipt of Notification' which contains your 'next appointment' date.

And it took 1 more day (without any e-mail notification) before the status of that document was changed to 'approved' and that my Notification Receipt - with the new 'next appointment date' - was available for download.

My email approval reply and the Approved one on the immigrations extranet site after entering the Transaction Reference Number do not indicate the next appointment date. Easy enough to calculate, but I'm wondering where you got yours from.
Can you please post a link to the location you get this from?  Appreciated.
