    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in central Bangkok. Positions are open to both Thai or Foreign applicants.

    Our goal is to combine the personal touch with technology to deliver customers the best property purchasing experience possible. The position requires candidates to follow up with consumers making property enquires, completing a needs assessment and booking in appointments. All the work will be completed over email and the telephone.

    Responsibilities

    ·       Respond to consumers making property enquires

    ·       Complete a needs assessment per client

    ·       Maintain clear notes and update details on company CRM

    ·       Work closely with the client management and support teams to deliver an effective service

    ·       Hitting daily service KPI’s

    Requirements

    ·       Thai or Foreign nationals

    ·       Minimum 1 years’ experience in telesales, call center or client support

    ·       Effective listener and communicator

    ·       Professional written and telephone manner

    ·       Enjoy speaking to customers and supporting their needs to find a new home

    ·       Well organized and the ability to show initiative to problem solve

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Support new enquiries as soon as they come in and following up accordingly
    • Support buyers and venders throughout the buying process, ensuring best possible service
    • Ability to be reactive and proactive throughout the work week
    • Complete face to face meetings and on-site visits
    • Work independently when required and take own initiative to drive sales
    • Team player who works towards team targets (as well as personal)
    • Manage your own data in the CRM, keeping all conversations and figures up to date
    • Learn all there is to know about client properties

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • 2-5 years real estate agent background
    • Knowledge of the local property market
    • Nurtured enquiries and completed property transactions
    • Drive and determination
    • Excellent communicator in both Thai and English, in person, over email, telephone and messaging apps
    • First-rate presentation skills
    • Good level of understand of Excel, Word Doc, Email and CRM platforms
