When you meet people who are at peace with their lives, Like Dan a friend of mine, they seem to spread a light around them whereas the disgruntled ones cast a shadow across the day. It’s not exactly a joke.

Have known mine 5 years and visit twice a year.

Its not uncommon for girls to have multiple cash cows like that and make some time when he comes over.yea when i visit my friends sister in her saloon i have actually witnessed this i have nothing against her (the girl with many bf) as she is friendly just i wouldnt want to be her bf... one day i saw her do this 1 phone call to bf in other country her dad in hospital can you send 10,000 baht.. 5 calls later she has 50,000 to play with goes out drinking at night.. just calls them and has separate facebook accounts with different names plus she said when they visit once a year she gives them the best time never complain always happy sex whenever they want it for 2 weeks the guy goes home like wow what a awesome gf i got.. she is that smart one just feel sorry for the guys... i think some farang think that buy sending money it will stop her from cheating some cases maybe.. but i know a few girls i have hooked up with have a bf in a different country.. i think now i wouldnt go down that road long distance relationship i would either be there full time in thailand or home country or just stay single.. thats my thinking about it..

Reconciliation can never come as long as Thaksin is pulling the strings and that is the bottom line. Allowing Thaksin to run another puppet government does nothing but move Thailand backwards. I could care less if an actual Thaksin clone won the election but at some point all Thais have to realize that having Thaksin in anyway running the show is bad for all Thais in the long run. If Thaksin cared even one ounce about the Thai people he would have handled his life as fugitive very differently.
A big part of why what you say is true is because; Thaksins strategy and tactics to win and maintain power are specifically based on keeping the hatred going in a big way. He took the demagoguery of 'Us vs Them' and brought it to new lows that Thailand may never be able to recover from. He no doubt thinks this was 'leadership' since his political machine is leading the polls, but true national leaders unite, not divide. As you said, as long as he seeks to control the country via his machine the hatred will remain, revenge and retribution will be the order of the day and reconciliation is not possible.
Quite true, the big lie that this is a rural poor versus Bangkok elite issue has been told repeatedly by the absentee multi-billionaire. His chinese ancestry seems to have been completely forgotten by the poor ethnic Thais of Isaan and the premeditated conspiracy to cause many deaths amongst their number has also been forgotten. The phrase 'Useful idiots' springs to mind here and now Thailand will pay in the long run for it's short term myopia.

Woh someone booking a return ticket that excedds 30 days say 32 days will be stopped intering the kingdom. Is this correct now.
This has happened me previously where i booked a ticked which was more reasonable but exceded the 30 day stay. I was going to Hong Kong in the middle of the trip so got restamped.
