Yesterday in Bangkok I saw a cop riding a scooter without helmet, without mask, without license plate, without mirrors, without tax sticker and one of his blinker was broken....Oh and I forgot to mention he was going the wrong way at an intersection. You are right ! in 2008, I went with friends to a water park in Bangkok (not gonna name it because of this f***** defamation law, but I followed safety procedures, crossed my arms on my chest...
