Possibly if you post the year of the truck, condition, location, how much you owe and how much interest you are paying, Someone here may be willing to pay it off, then you can continue to make payments to that person.
Toyota hilux smartcab 2.6 vnturbo TRD 2014. Sligthly used as test drive car at toyota. Paying 11, 257.00 per month for another 59 months. Lets see what some one has to offer.

Yes we have a contract, not notarized though, both parties signed with ID'S printed and signed. The finding a guarantor part was verbally done and in a nice mood, i help you, you help me sort of thing. Now they complain that they need to finance something and they can't because i havent found a guarantor for the finance of the car. So its still under their name.

>I have been paying a toyota hilux bougth from a thai owner for the passed year with an agreement that i should find a guarantor for the finance by January (6 months after). Unfortunately i have found out now how hard it is to find such person.
The thai owner is now threatening me that he will take the car back and im not going to get any money back for my payments for one year.
What are my rights regarding this matter should that threat actually occur?
Thanks for all the help

Basically its a free upgrade but u have to wait for ur turn, because accordingly they are understaff. You can call the call center, and they reset ur internet as temporary measure.

Lo and behold! They came!, not only that, the changing modem was actually an upgrade. Im on fiber optic, same billing price from previous unreliable old modem that i had. Well, fingers crossed, lets see how it works.

Can someone enlighten on rules regarding car insurance. I bought a pick up from a private Thai individual and the insurance is expiring this month. The owner suggest that I don't renew yet until I can find another Thai guarantor to transfer it in my name then buy the new insurance. As you can imagine, I don't want to drive around without proper insurance.
My question is, can I/we renew the one we have now and when I'm able to the car in my name, change the name on the insurance as well?
TIA for anyone who will reply.

I think his need is actually is not the UPS mainly but a surge protector. The UPS is for when you have black outs then keeps your , I.e. computer running so that you can save your work. I too am interested to know what are the determining factors if you want to buy surge protectors.

Hi, anybody out there who has solid information regarding how many days left on a tourist visa one needs to have to qualify converting that person into a non O at chaeng wattage immigration. Second question is, do I need to have my marriage cert stamped by the MFA and translated to thai even if it has already been authenticated by our embassy? Many thanks.
-
Yes it is 15. I sent my daughter with her mom on visa run before when she was 14 and the immigration officer himself said she doesn't need to have a visa until just before she turns 15. I also called a visa agent recently and she said the rules have not changed, still 15.

I don't know if the OP is still reading this thread, but if he is, here are the current requirements for teaching legally in Thailand:
1. to get a Thai teaching license you need either a B.Ed, a M.Ed, a post-graduate Diploma in Education or a current teacher's license from your home country. If you don't have any of the above qualifications but do have a B.A. or B.S., you can take 4 tests offered by the TCT. Passing all 4 tests is almost impossible, as the TCT seem to have used google translate to produce the English version of at least one of them.
In addition to the above, a Thai Culture course must be attended.
2. You can get a waiver for a Thai teacher's license for two years or two schools, whichever comes first. You should have a University degree of some sort to get this waiver and should either take the Thai Culture Course or one of thr TCT tests before the end of your first year on a waiver in order to get the second waiver.
A TEFL course is not a requirement and has not been for several years. A post-graduate diploma in Education can be earned in one year and should, in addition to a B.A. or B.S. and the Thai Culture Course, get you a Teacher's License.
TIT and all of the above requirements could be changed tomorrow.
Hi, I'm writing in behalf of a friend. She has a BS diploma and wishes to get the temporary license while she waits to enroll for the online teaching certificate in her home country. She taught in one school last year for one semester(Oct. to March) but now moved to another school for this term. My question is, is she qualified to apply the temp teaching license and if so what are the requirements other than her diploma and transcript of records from her university?

How are we to know that the AQI reading is correct, if there are one or two readings that are not present, especialy PM10.

Me and family are suppose to fly in on April 1for a 4 day visit. I'm very concern about our health. Sadly this is my only chance away from work to see Cnx for the first time. Booked flights and hotel Feb. Should I consider canceling/postponing if possible? Or its not that bad, and can still enjoy it without getting sick?
You have a fair chance of things being much better in early April. However, if you are also visiting other parts of Thailand (outside of the North), then do those first. The longer you wait, the better the air gets based on what happened in past years. (Most years it clears up by the first or second week of April, though it did start quite late this year.)
Personally I would stay as flexible as possible, and check again early April. If daily average PM-10 values are below 100 I'd go. (Personal choice)
Thanks for the replies. Perhaps I can ask you again how the situation is around near the end of next week.
